An Indiana man has been charged with murder after investigators say he shot and killed a sex offender who had recently been released from prison.
Nicholas Stanley is accused of killing Allen Cogswell early Tuesday morning at the Daylite Inn on Cassopolis Street.
According to The Goshen News, police confirmed that Cogswell was a sex offender who had been released from prison in May after serving just seven years of a 12-year sentence.
Stanley, who is the father of the victim targeted by Cogswell, told local reporters he understood the consequences he faces if he's convicted of murder and sentenced to the minimum of 45 years in prison.
"I know I'm going to miss out on my kids, and basically the rest of their whole lives," he said. "But, I don't regret protecting my family."

📝 Intel Slava - The fact he took this moral stand, directly calling out the system and his stated willingness to be a martyr for a just cause is exactly why they will throw the book at him. The man who hurt his child only received a 12 year sentence but the murder charges Stanley faces are 45 years minimum. Yes, you read that right.
There is no rational defense for this travesty of justice, of Human decency and basic morality. There is evil and Stanley was just brave enough to take a stand against it. He is a hero in every sense of the word.

I see some MAGA now ready to question whether or not Trump has always been a set up. The answer is yes. This was all by design and this is what I've been telling people for years.
So, then what does that mean for the "attacks" on Trump over the years?
We've seen what the media does when they don't want someone to be heard - they ignore them! They don't talk about every single thing they do every day.
The faux attacks on Trump were based on mostly bullshit and they achieved two things:
1. helping people lose trust in the corporate media so the new Mainstream Alternative Media could be propped up
2. making Trump appear to be an anti-establishment, populist hero
The Predator Class realized there was a REAL Awakening taking place in the 2000s and 2010s so they needed to co-opt the momentum of the independent media so they crashed the remaining support in corporate media only to push people towards influencers who can be controlled and help guide the masses back into the false left/right paradigm.
This has been part of Trump's role - create chaos and direct people to the faux "alternative media" while leading a faux resistance.
The answers to our problems will not be found in Donald Trump, Elon Musk, the America Party, Thomas Massie, or any other candidate they prop up. Politics can't save you.
Taking charge of your life and liberty will. Taking steps NOW to be as free from the coming Technocracy as possible will save you. Building community in your local area with like-minded people will save you.
Breaking free and opting out while you still can is the answer.
