Eyes on Today…

Today, SCOTUS will rule on Birthright Citizenship.

This is about the constitutionality regarding the 14th amendment.
——- More specifically, it’s about the language, which is not 100% clear to include birthright citizenship.

I expect the Supreme Court to rule in favor of Trump, but even if they don’t, they may make significant changes to make clear the language… it’s absolutely critical to pay attention to the language!

If the Supreme Court fails, which I don’t anticipate they will, it will take Congressional action to make any changes to the 14th amendment.

Trump would need two-thirds majority in both the House and Senate, as well as ratification by three-fourths of the states, which may be a high bar, but I still think it could be done.

This is what Trump wants. He doesn’t want his EO to stand… He wants the constitutional amendment. THAT IS WHAT HE’S AFTER…
