"Hugo is actually so interesting to me cause, if you get to know them more close you'll think they're such a good friend. And it's true! He likes to be around his buddies, with people that care about him.

But still, being the Chaos, they're not always that nice.

I mean it in a way that, they do not care about the characters. Aka the creations of Author, he likes to mess up with the creations that Order is also looks after.

No one of other characters in Author's Mind know about Hugo's ability to mess up with the universes however they want.

Like, They have no remorse for the characters that are not "real". They can make them suffer, play with their minds, shift their reality, and yada yada. Basically causing for few characters CHAOS in their life, cause these creations will never find out who does it all, cause Hugo doesn't "exist" in their universe, but there are subtle hints about Chaos being around.

They do it for fun cause they are mostly bored, like to cause chaos in other folks life.
Order was almost a victim of dangerous chaotic force. :-)
But this is another story.

Chaos finds funny whatever they do to characters, cause what are they gonna do? And they will not be able to affect Hugo anyway.
