Dear Customers,
Over the past two days, we have received feedback from multiple customers regarding increased latency and degraded network performance on the KR.SEL.TRI product. We take this matter seriously and immediately contacted the upstream data center to investigate the issue.
After communication and verification with the upstream provider, we confirmed that the issue was not caused by our local node configuration or internal maintenance. Instead, due to recent changes in the management and product positioning of upstream provider Moack, the optimized route originally assigned to the KR.SEL.TRI product has been forcibly downgraded to an international route. This change has directly affected route quality and resulted in noticeably higher latency for some regions.
We fully understand that route stability and network performance are key reasons why customers choose the KR.SEL product line. We sincerely apologize that the current service experience no longer meets the expectations originally set for this product. To better protect customer interests, we have decided to make the following adjustments effective immediately:
1. KR.SEL.TRI will be renamed to KR.SEL.INTL
After the renaming, this product will be positioned and maintained as an international-route product, and will no longer be promoted or sold under the previous optimized-route standard.

Over the past two days, we have received feedback from multiple customers regarding increased latency and degraded network performance on the KR.SEL.TRI product. We take this matter seriously and immediately contacted the upstream data center to investigate the issue.
After communication and verification with the upstream provider, we confirmed that the issue was not caused by our local node configuration or internal maintenance. Instead, due to recent changes in the management and product positioning of upstream provider Moack, the optimized route originally assigned to the KR.SEL.TRI product has been forcibly downgraded to an international route. This change has directly affected route quality and resulted in noticeably higher latency for some regions.
We fully understand that route stability and network performance are key reasons why customers choose the KR.SEL product line. We sincerely apologize that the current service experience no longer meets the expectations originally set for this product. To better protect customer interests, we have decided to make the following adjustments effective immediately:
1. KR.SEL.TRI will be renamed to KR.SEL.INTL
After the renaming, this product will be positioned and maintained as an international-route product, and will no longer be promoted or sold under the previous optimized-route standard.

Effective immediately, IPv6 will no longer be available for JP.TKY.IIJ and JP.TKY.BGP series services.
In addition, the complimentary IPv6 addresses previously provided with existing services under these product lines will also be discontinued and will no longer be accessible.
This adjustment has been made after careful evaluation of upstream network planning, operational requirements, and long-term service stability. Due to the ongoing upgrade handover process for the US.LA.TRI China Telecom CN2 GIA route, the new cross-connect has already been switched over on the facility side, while the China Telecom side is still completing traffic loading and final handover confirmation.
To ensure service continuity during this transition, the China Telecom route of the US.LA.TRI series will be temporarily switched to the 9929 route starting in the early morning of July 10, Beijing Time.
This temporary adjustment is expected to last for several days. As the process coincides with the weekend, the completion of China Telecom’s traffic loading and handover may take longer than usual.
Once the upgraded China Telecom CN2 GIA route has completed traffic loading and final handover, we will switch the affected route back to the CN2 GIA path as soon as possible. No action is required on your part.
Please rest assured that this is only a temporary routing adjustment during the upgrade handover process, and the US.LA.TRI series will continue to use CN2 GIA after the handover is completed.
