💥چگونه واژگان را در حافظه بلند مدت خود تثبیت کنیم؟

یاد گرفتن واژگان انگلیسی فقط حفظ کردن معنی نیست؛ بلکه باید اون‌ها رو در حافظه بلندمدت تثبیت کنیم. برای این کار، یکی از مؤثرترین روش‌ها، تکرار با فاصله یا مرور دوره‌ای (Spaced Repetition) هست.
این روش باعث می‌شه هر بار که در آستانه‌ی فراموشی یک واژه هستی، اون رو مرور کنی و دوباره در حافظه‌ات تثبیت بشه.

🧠 بخش اول: روش علمی مرور

وقتی واژه‌ای رو یاد می‌گیری، نباید فقط همون روز مرورش کنی. باید در فواصل زمانی مشخص دوباره اون رو ببینی.
برای مثال، فرض کن امروز ۱۰ واژه یاد گرفتی. مرورش‌ها باید این‌طور باشه:

بار دوم، روز بعد مرور کن.

بار سوم، سه روز بعد مرور کن.

بار چهارم، یک هفته بعد مرور کن.

بار پنجم، دو هفته بعد مرور کن.

بار ششم، حدود یک ماه بعد مرور کن.

با هر بار مرور، فاصله‌ی زمانی بین مرورها بیشتر می‌شه. این کار باعث می‌شه مغز یاد بگیره که واژه واقعاً مهمه و اون رو برای همیشه نگه داره.

✍️ بخش دوم: روش عملی مرور روزانه

۱. هر روز زمان کوتاهی را به مرور اختصاص بده.
حدود ۱۵ دقیقه در روز کافیه. مرور کوتاه اما منظم بهتر از مرور زیاد و نامنظمه.

۲. مرور فعال انجام بده.
یعنی فقط نگاه نکن، بلکه خودت را امتحان کن.
مثلاً فقط معنی فارسی را ببین و سعی کن واژه‌ی انگلیسی را به خاطر بیاری.

۳. با واژه‌ها جمله بساز.
وقتی با واژه‌ها جمله‌سازی می‌کنی، ذهن تو اون‌ها رو در «بافت واقعی» یاد می‌گیره.
مثال:

accomplish → She accomplished her goals easily.

improve → I want to improve my English speaking skills.

۴. یادگیری در بافت طبیعی.
واژه‌ها را از داخل فیلم، پادکست، یا داستان یاد بگیر، نه از لیست‌های خشک.
مثلاً اگر از فیلم یا سریال لغتی یاد گرفتی، جمله‌ی واقعی اون صحنه رو بنویس.

🧩 بخش سوم: ابزارهای کمک‌یار مرور

برای راحت‌تر و مؤثرتر کردن مرور، می‌تونی از اپلیکیشن‌های مخصوص مرور با فاصله استفاده کنی، مثل:

Anki
برنامه‌ای حرفه‌ای که مرور با فاصله را به‌صورت خودکار انجام می‌دهد.

Quizlet
برای ساخت فلش‌کارت‌های زیبا با تصویر و صدا.

Memrise
برای یادگیری لغات در بافت و با مثال‌های واقعی.

اگر نمی‌خوای از برنامه استفاده کنی، می‌تونی فلش‌کارت‌های کاغذی درست کنی و پشت آن معنی فارسی یا جمله‌ی نمونه بنویسی.

روز هفتم (آخر هفته): مرور نهایی و آزمون از خودت.

این چرخه را هر هفته تکرار کن تا مغزت همیشه درگیر واژه‌ها بماند.

لغت‌ها را در جمله یاد بگیر، نه به‌صورت جداگانه.

مرور کوتاه روزانه بهتر از مرور زیاد و پراکنده است.

سعی کن از لغات در صحبت یا نوشتن استفاده کنی.

همیشه مرور را درست زمانی انجام بده که حس می‌کنی ممکن است لغت را فراموش کنی.
