The Medical and Spiritual aspects of Healing by Gabriel-Wealth Olatuja (Founder/CEO, Virtual Doctors Limited).
I pray for you, I decree sound health upon your body. From the crown of your head, to the sole of your feet, to the fibre of your being. I cast out the spirit of sickness and infirmity in Jesus name. Say Amen.
Please, as you say the word of God upon your life, please note the follow:
In as much as prayer and Fasting work, you don't need prayer and Fasting to take an already prepared food in plate put before you to enter your mouth when you are hungry. You don't even need to speak the word of God for the food to enter your mouth to quench the hunger. All you need do is to take the food and eat and the problem of hunger is solved.
I want to liken same analogy to your health. Sickness has two major aspects: the physical/medical and the spiritual.
If a sickness is caused by an evil spirit or spiritual attack, the best approach to solving the problem is through supernatural power of God, through prayers, using the word of God, deliverance etc. Medicine cannot explain or solve such problem. Although the effect of the sickness might have affect the physical body which then needs medical treatment. You see it? This requires supernatural healing or with a combination of medical care.
On the other hand, is a sickness is not spiritual, perhaps, it is as a result of physical, environmental, genetic, or other factors, the best approach is to prioritize medical care while not neglecting the spiritual healing.
Don't just pray and expect the sickness to go when you know it is caused by a known risk factor. For example, you don't need to do fasting and prayers to cast out headaches after you have stressed yourself working or had sleepless nights. All you need to do is to eat, drink water, rest and sleep and probably take pain reliever and you will be fine. Wisdom!
In other situations that require seeing a medical doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment, don't go and collect anointing oil from your pastor and start using, expecting it to solve the problem. Go and see your doctor.... Most of our pastors get medical advice on what to eat or drink, when to rest, the medications to take at different times etc. This is very good for them to be healthy to be able to do the work that has been committed to their hands. Invariably, they may not come and tell the congregation what they do to remaining health.
So if someone is giving a testimony that he or she has never been to the hospital in the last 10 years, don't be deceived, it could be that the hospital has been in their homes. For example, at Virtual Doctors, our doctors treat patients online. Some patients also book for Doctors treatment at home. So for some minor cases, we have made it possible that people don't have to go to the hospital before they get well.
Most of the foods we eat, especially in Africa are all medicinal. They carry natural biochemicals that are good for the body. God put those useful nutrients in the foods, for us to eat them and meet our health needs. So if someone eats well and is giving a testimony that he or she has never fallen sick, meanwhile you have been eating junk foods and you're having different symptoms in your body, don't feel bad that you don't have faith or that God has not been good to you. You need to do the right thing.
MY FAQs FOR THIS MESSAGE
Q: Should you pray when you are not feeling fine?
A: Yes, pray!
Q: Should you do spiritual exercises for healing and neglect medical care?
A: No. It is better to combine both for a better result.
WHY DO PEOPLE RESULT TO ONLY SPIRITUAL HEALING WHEN THEY GET SICK?
1. Lack of money for medical care.
2. Lack of accessibility to healthcare facilities.
3. Lack of accessibility to the right medical specialists.
4. Lack of knowledge.

Are you having gastrointestinal disturbances like bloating?
It could arise from diets like beans, semo, carbonated drinks etc. It can even cause ulcer feeling, lower back pain, pile...
Immediate you finish eating any of the above, get like 2 or 3 tomtom and chew it. Or eat tomtom with bitter kola, to release the gas. If any of the above diets is a trigger for you, its is better to cut down on their intake.

Why stroke chances are high in bathrooms: What to do to prevent Paralysis in bathrooms.
STROKES are usually high in bathrooms because when we start bathing, we soak our head and hair first, which is a wrong approach.
In this way, if you water the head at first, the blood rises to the head quickly and the arteries can be torn apart. As a result, stroke happens and then people find themselves falling to the ground.
A report published in the Journal of the Medical Association of Canada states that the risks that were previously predicted to lead to stroke or mini stroke are in fact longer lasting and even more dangerous.
According to multiple studies around the world, cases of death or paralysis due to stroke during a bath are increasing day by day. According to doctors, one should take a bath while following some rules.
If one does not take a bath following the right rules, one can die while bathing. You should not soak your head and hair first while bathing because blood circulation in a human body is at a certain temperature.
The human body temperature takes a while to adjust to the temperature outside. According to doctors, pouring water on the head first increases the speed of blood circulation, the risk of stroke may also increase at that time.
Excessive blood pressure can tear the brain arteries. The right way of bathing
Get to soak the feet first, then slowly soak the body upwards. At the end, you should then water the head.
This method must be followed by those with high blood pressure, high cholesterol and migraine.
Let us disseminate this information to elderly parents and relatives.

📣 *Simi's Story: How I Embraced Virtual Doctors Telemedicine for a Healthier Life* 🏥📱
Hey there, I'm Simi, and I had quite a health scare recently. It all began when I started feeling unwell. The worry set in not just about my health, but about those high hospital bills and missing work to stand in endless queues in the hospital.
Thanks to my friend, Tolu, who saw the concern etched on my face and decided to put my mind at ease. Tolu shared an incredible solution with me that sounded too good to be true.
Tolu introduced me to Virtual Doctors, a telemedicine service where medical doctors could be accessed and consulted through a smartphone, making healthcare readily available from the comfort of your own home. The Doctors also render Homecare consultations by visiting ans treating patients at home.
This was a game-changer! No more long waits at the hospital. No more worries about missing work. I was excited to learn that I could download an app, schedule an appointment, and connect with a qualified doctor through a video call at www.virtualdoctors.ng/book-an-appointment.
I decided to give it a try. With the virtual doctor app on my phone, I could consult with a licensed medical professional. They could diagnose my condition, prescribe medication, and offer medical advice. It was like having a doctor in my pocket!
I knew I couldn't keep this discovery to myself. Virtual Doctors had changed my life, and I wanted to spread the word. So here I am, sharing my story to let you know that the future of healthcare is at your fingertips with Virtual Doctors.

From Surgery to Fitness: A Second Medical Opinion that Saved Jude
In Benin City, Nigeria, Jude had always been known as the cheerful and active soul who radiated positivity. However, all that changed when he began experiencing debilitating abdominal pain. At first, he brushed it off as a minor inconvenience, but as weeks turned into months, the pain only intensified. It was then that he decided to consult his local doctor, Dr. Wilson.
Dr. Wilson, a highly respected surgeon in the community, conducted several tests and examinations on Jude. His diagnosis was swift and stark: Jude had a serious gallbladder problem that required immediate surgical intervention. The words "surgery" echoed in Jude's mind like a thunderclap, and the prospect of going under the knife, coupled with his inability to foot the bill for the surgical operation filled him with fear and uncertainty.
Unsure about the gravity of the situation and wanting a second opinion, Jude took the advice of a friend and reached out to Virtual Doctors, an online medical consultation platform in Nigeria (www.virtualdoctors.ng). To his surprise, he was assigned to Dr. Emma, a renowned expert in gastroenterology. After analyzing Jude's medical records and speaking with him at length, she proposed an alternative approach to his problem that left him both astonished and relieved.
Dr. Emma recommended that Jude first explore a path of lifestyle modifications before jumping into surgery. She explained that gallbladder issues often result from poor dietary choices and sedentary lifestyles, and she believed that with the right changes, Jude might be able to avoid the operating room altogether. Jude, eager to avoid surgery if possible, embraced the doctor's advice with an open heart and mind.
Over the next few weeks, Jude transformed his daily routine. He cut out fatty and processed foods, incorporated more fruits and vegetables, and committed to a regular exercise regimen. Dr. Emma continued to monitor his progress through Virtual Doctors, offering guidance and support every step of the way.
As the weeks turned into months, Jude's dedication paid off. His abdominal pain gradually subsided, and his overall health improved significantly. A follow-up examination revealed that his gallbladder issues had improved to the point where surgery was no longer necessary.
Jude's journey was a testament to the power of a second medical opinion, made accessible through Virtual Doctors app. What Dr. Wilson initially deemed a surgical necessity, Dr. Emma, through Virtual Doctors, resolved with lifestyle modifications and expert guidance. Jude had not only avoided an operation but had also gained a new lease on life, with healthier habits and a renewed sense of well-being.
This story serves as a reminder that seeking a second medical opinion can make a world of difference in one's healthcare journey. It also emphasizes the importance of exploring all available options before making critical medical decisions. In Jude's case, it was the virtual connection with Dr. Emma that changed the course of his life and health for the better.

WHY might cold food or drinks cause a headache?
The reason is that cold irritates the upper palate, responsible for the nerve nodes transmitting sensations to the brain.
The blood vessels respond to fewcold by constricting or expanding, resulting in pain. When you feel cold, your body sends warm blood to the cold spot, which causes pain.

What is Motion Sickness?
Motion sickness, also known as travel sickness or kinetosis, is a condition characterized by a combination of symptoms that occur when there is a discrepancy between the motion sensed by the inner ear and the visual perception of motion. It typically occurs during travel or when exposed to certain types of motion, such as in a moving vehicle, boat, airplane, or amusement park ride.
When we are in motion, our body receives sensory input from various sources, including the inner ear (vestibular system), eyes, and muscles. These sensory inputs are normally synchronized, providing a consistent perception of movement. However, in certain situations, such as when reading in a moving vehicle or looking at a stationary object while on a boat, there can be conflicting sensory information, leading to motion sickness.
The exact mechanisms behind motion sickness are not fully understood, but it is believed to involve a complex interplay between the vestibular system, the visual system, and the central nervous system. The inner ear's vestibular system plays a crucial role in detecting motion and maintaining balance. When there is a mismatch between the information received from the inner ear and the visual system, the brain interprets it as a potential poisoning or intoxication, triggering a range of symptoms.
Symptoms of motion sickness can vary in intensity and may include:
Nausea and vomiting
Sweating
Dizziness and vertigo
Fatigue and drowsiness
Headache etc
