Currently trading around $55,300 BTC has given us less than we expected for such an important weekend trading session. With short term higher high closes and high lows, we're getting near to a much stronger move, which depending on where the scale tips towards, we'll be heading towards $60,200 or back down to $50,468 for a retest.

⚪️SENTIMENT
Sentiment is currently the strongest indicator we have suggesting our next move could be up, since it has once again reached pretty much a neutral start after exploding with our initial move $41,000 to $56,000. This currently gives a great advantage to the bulls, however now it depends on them to take advantage of it or not.

As explained before. Classical patterns need to be interpreted from the right context. This is another bear flag which can give many traders a bearish directional bias. However we can see now that it broke out to the upside. Theoretically this could be a fake out. But the point remains. Context is king!!

Speaking about fake out. There is bearish divergence forming. If bulls lose steam then I expect BTC revisiting the green box between 53k - 52.6K. The dark blue line is the 50MA and could also act as dynamic support. Because of the horizontal + 50 MA confluence I expect that bulls will defend this support zone. The next resistance is already explained in the 1D analysis.

Currently in bullish bat pattern, making it one of the few alts that could be about to make a strong upside move in the next few days. However, this doesn’t mean we’re buying at our current ranges.

EMA’S are acting as a resistance and MACD crossover is showing bearish strength meaning that we should see one last short term breakdown towards $133 in order to have the highest probabilities in our favor. This move would complete the bullish bat patter we mentioned and would send $SOL flying towards $158 or above.

BTC/USDT ANALYSIS

The price is currently facing the resistance of ascending channel trendline and horizontal resistance where previously we have seen that this zone acts like a strong supply zone and 78.6% Fib retracement level is also there.

If price is able to break that strong resistance we will see a good move upward from here and incase of rejection from the current marked resistance level we will see some corrective waves in the price before the big move up.

Quick BTC Update:

BTC is now trading near 57.1k. It has done a successful Break-out of the cup and handle pattern and touched 56k level as we told. Now there are two possible scenario one is in daily time frame its moving inside a uptrend channel and we think that it may test the upper side of the channel (58k-59k which is a resistance level also) and reject from there and can be go for 54k-52k. A major pull back may seen from there and it can bounce again. Now the other scenario is if the price breaks 61k level and closes above there then 64k or new ATH is coming🔥
