3,000,000,000 cycles per second - think about it. How long does it take you to add two 32-bit integers by hand? Probably at least 5 seconds, right? If you spent the rest of your human life doing nothing else, you could maybe do as many 32 bit operations as that chip could do in 0.2 seconds.
And when this chip has to churn for multiple seconds rendering what should be a simple web page, webshit designers will have the absolute gall to tell you it's your fault for using outdated hardware.
