My favourite paradox is the "Astley paradox". Let me explain. If you ask Rick Astley for his copy of the movie "Up", he cannot give it to you as he will never give you up, however, in doing so he lets you down. Thus creating the Astley paradox. Think for yourself

#OnThisDay in 1988 (my birth year) Section 28 passed as law by Parliament in the #UnitedKingdom prohibiting the promotion of homosexuality. Repealed 2001/2004 without the concent of the public, changing the society we once loved & stigmatising those who oppose it.
