We've just received the first design award for our agency's website πŸŽ‰

What is so cool about it?

Awwwards choose primarily those strong in visual design and animation. But our projects are more about UX in SaaS services. Neither websites nor landings are within our focus.

But visual is as important as UX. And this award reminds us that we can do both πŸ˜‰

Those who usually apply for the award make two websites, one for the client and the other for the contest. On the contest website, both UX and content are typically trimmed. But we've made a website with a full focus on usability and content.

The application wasn't approved for the whole week until we reached their support line. We started to suspect our website might not have met the contest's requirements.

The next day we got their approval and we saw the average score – 8.5 out of 10 πŸ™Œ
I’ve found out today that our website has been nominated for another award! This time by Mobile Excellence πŸ’₯
Tuesday Startups

For many startups, hiring designers on a team is like buying a car instead of renting or leasing it πŸš—

Firstly, you get a product that is worse than you can rent.

Secondly, all the problems that arise with the product are YOUR problems. You will have to fix it yourself or hire someone to do it for you.

Plus, for a designer, apart from the car,
it is crucial to find a culture/tasks fit️

Therefore, it isn't easy to attract an excellent developer or a designer to a full-time position.
