profit × rate (%) = salary

1k - 2k : 20%
less than 1k : 18%
⌕ sample calculation :
total profit : 1000
capital : 370
1000 – 370 = 630
630 × 18% = 113.4
⠀• no sales for 3 days will be
terminated.
• not attending meeting twice
without valid reason will be terminated.
• leaving without notice = no salary
