I got a bit frustrated on the Airsofter World Games website to find a good way to show each years results and I think I found a good way to do it now.
Before it was a bit of a mess with different categories and then you could choose the year you wanted to see the results. Now you can just click the year and all the information pops up. I'm happy with that, for now. :D

Congratulations to UWU for taking the first place in the Airsofter World Games - Sweden 2026!
UWU won all their matches except one, that was a draw. With a total of 28 point out of a max of 30, they came in hard and precise, using their experience and training to defeat their opponents.
So what is the recipe for success? Is it their youthfully speed and agility, their field knowledge, their training and focus or is a combination of all of those. Maybe it's something else, but it surely worked out really well.
One thing is for sure, they had a blast running on the field while even their stress levels spiked at intense moments.

After a successful Airsofter World Games on the Saturday, we're back at Frysen on the Sunday to have a fun Sunday game. Some people played both games and you could see it that some people had heavy legs from the Saturday.
This made it possible for the other people to catch the fast ones in speed, score points and clear objectives.
We had some Danish airsofters visiting in colorful outfits. It's always fun to see new faces on the field. It does keep me on edge to make sure I bring the best games possible every single event.

I often forget to update the things that I have been working on. This time I forgot to update the AWG website with the news articles that came out. While doing that I also noticed I needed to give the articles a country tag so you can filter on the country articles you want to see or I can add them directly tot the correct country page.

I'm going to Finland!
The past years I have been going to many bigger games and meeting awesome people. Some of those people were the Ehasa people from Finland and they talked about Battlegroup.
It has been on my todo list ever since but the timing was always off or something else happened so I couldn't attend it. Well that changed and in 2026 I'm going to be a part of the Coalition of Nordberg, the blue team.
We're joining a group of friends from various teams to tip my toe in the biggest airsoft event in Finland.
There is a lot of things that I want to experience,
- The focus on mechanized movement
- The event building
- Being back as a rifleman in a unit
- Finnish nature
- Smiling Finns (although that might be hard to find)
I will of course bring my trusted Gopro 7 to document my journey and I might even change it up a little bit with some more vlog style videos as I probably have some more downtime than when I'm leading a company, but I can be totally wrong about that.
I'm very excited to be back in Finland for some games as it has been waaaaay to long.

The Airsofter World Games livestream has it fair share of problems but I have to remember that we're working with equipment I have laying around to make everything work. I explained this already multiple times and I always said that I was not going to do that anymore, but instead, make a video about it. So that's what I'm doing.

I did had an interesting call yesterday about the way that I approach things. While he had really good points and I take a lot of good info from the talk, I still believe that working together is the way to go.

Today I had my Birthday game and it was fun! Doing all kind of weird games with Balloons and fun stuff. Some players brought presents and food to celebrate. Oooh and making fire to grill the hotdogs!
