Legal documents, something I usually push forward. It's not the fun thing to do but it's necessary when I start working with National federations for the Airsofter World Games. It documents everything nicely and removes confusion.
After making all the documents for partners and evaluating those it was time for the partner federation documents.
10 documents alter I think everything is covered from starter to full connected federations. I'm not going to share everything here yet, first everything need to be tested with the partner federation we have and remove all the small errors.
Nothing fancy and cool, but very important for the future of the AWG.

New batch of Bellum 2024 GoPro screenshots online!
For every part in the Bellum 2024 series, I release a batch of screengrabs from my Gopro. It shows stills of the game from my POV. There is not posing or acting. This is in the middle of the game and that's why I love those shots.

Youtube Shorts are still the most pushed content on Youtube. I have been doing shorts for almost every video now and it's been going ok and you can actually see some growth of people seeing the shorts and then going to the videos. Especially when it's gun related content like airsoft, videos are not being promotes as much.
Shorts help a little bit with that as you can link the full video to the shorts so people can find the full length video.
I know I have a lot of content from back in the days so I started making shorts about those videos also. It might reach people that haven't seen the channel before.
Another 14 shorts are scheduled for release in the coming weeks and I'm working on more when I have the time.

Teamwork! - Bellum 2024 - Part 06
Last day of Bellum 2024 and this was my best day during the whole event. The small team that is left works nicely together and it brings me right into the action, without taking any risks... you know me. I would never do that.
We have to move from north to south and back to north and we see almost the whole map but at least we get stuff done. The communication is working and we need fewer words to understand each other.
It's a massive video as I didn't want to split it 2 parts as it's the last part of Bellum 2024. The full video of all 6 parts is coming soon for the people that like to enjoy the full experience in one go.

I added 60 new pictures to the album. Many similar faces during the whole video but awesome teamwork to get stuff done.
This marks the end of the Bellum 2024 series. It took me a bit of time to get everything out but the end is here. The last video is available on my Youtube but it's important to take the time and sit down for it. The video is 43 min long.

The Bellum 2024 video series is coming to an end. I just need to add the last shorts and that will be it. It took me a little bit too much time to plan it in but I did managed to finish it. Small wins!
As I always track the time I'm working on projects I can easily see how my hours I spent on this project. This does not include my thinking process time to see if I will or will not work on the video series. Choosing the priority to work in which video isn't always easy.
Having the finished video is always a very nice moment. It completes the full memory of that event and now I can view it back whenever I feel like it.
On Monday the full video will be online, 2,5 hours of Bellum 2024 from start to finish.
