3️⃣ ya creado el vmdk, tenemos que estar dentro del grupo "disk" para poder usarlo, el disco duro /dev/sdX tendrá permisos 550 y esto permite que el grupo escriba, si usas un linux basura puedes colocarle permisos libres como indica la imagen, pero el disco debe poder escribirse por el usuario que ejecute VirtualBox

4️⃣ por ultimo crear la maquina virtual y en laparte de discos duros es que se usara el archivo vmdk que a su vez es la representación del disco real, en la imagen usamos la parte grafica para ejemplificar pero en la linea de comandos es mas optimo pero mas para expertos.
