The hardest thing I've ever had to do was stop victimising myself. i didn't fail that test bc my teacher sucks or bc my parents didn't wake me up early enough to study. it's bc i was lazy and never bothered. once you see yourself as a product of effort you'll increase your success. being better starts with thinking better mentally.
