The reason I was able to provide the Vanced Manager API server so far is because I was using the Github Paid Plan.
(I've been providing the Vanced Manager API server until now by paying my own money every month)
The Github Paid Plan expires as of today, and I have no plans to extend it anymore, so I'm providing a final build (v17.33.42) that fixes the remaining issues.
Of course, there is a way for me to extend the Github Paid Plan through GitHub Sponsors, but now that the ReVanced Project is almost complete, there is no reason to extend the Vanced Manager API server through GitHub Sponsors.
After today, there will be no further updates to the new version of YouTube Vanced or YouTube Music Vanced (Vanced Extended).
Versions that I previously uploaded to the Vanced Manager API server can still be downloaded through the Vanced Manager.

Google is currently testing blocking video playback on Vanced for some people living in India or the UK. #1
(This issue was also reported on Official YouTube Vanced v17.03.38, which so far had no issues)
It's still a test for a few people, but in the future this could be extended to everyone.
I see this as an issue that needs to be fixed urgently.
So I have provided the last additional update(Hotfix) as an exception for this time only, for Vanced Extended, which has been discontinued.
