The Victorian Government and Victorian Police are scheduled to provide their response to us today to our statement of claim for the detention towers. If they don’t respond and/or they are not willing to negotiate then we will file this week immediately. We will circulate the filed documentation to all our paid-up clients only. If you have joined but are not paid-up please do so as we will strictly not share court documentation and other materials and further updates with anyone who is not registered and paid-up or alternatively who has donated to our cause.

We are also getting hundreds of requests for help. We had been helping so many people for free last year and we have placed templates for free on our forum to facilitate assistance for the general public. However, if you find yourself in an escalating situation at work for not masking, testing or vaccinating we will provide you additional support if you are a paid-up class action member. Serene has been working 18 hour days for almost a year now and we need to ensure that she is properly supported and get other lawyers and para-legals trained up.
