• AI Agent Development: LLM Orchestration (LangChain/Langraph, LlamaIndex, Pydentic AI, CrewAI), function calling, tool use, ReAct patterns; работа с Vector DB (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate) для RAG-систем; backend на Python/Node.js (async, WebSockets, gRPC); observability (Langfuse, Phoenix, Deepeval).
• Gateway / API Development: Proxy/Router (LiteLLM, OpenRouter), API Gateway (FastAPI, Kong, Traefik или кастомные решения), multi-provider logic, caching (Redis/DragonFlyDB), billing интеграция.
• AI-first практики: Prompt engineering, eval frameworks, AI-assisted coding, MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Mindset: интеграция AI на каждом этапе разработки, rapid prototyping, data-driven подход, open source first.

Требования:

• Опыт работы с Python/Node.js в backend-разработке;
• Опыт работы с AI Agent и LLM Orchestration;
• Знание работы с API, Vector DB и кешированием;
• Английский для чтения технической документации (Intermediate+);
• Готовность к интенсивным спринтам и работе в стартап-культуре.

Будет плюсом:

• Опыт работы с Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT-5, Google Gemini;

🔧 Что делать (vazifalar)
• End-to-end ownership backend-сервисов: design → dev → prod → support (to‘liq javobgarlik)

• Писать на Python (FastAPI)
