Job responsibilities:
— Closely collaborate with the UX Research Lead, CXO, designers, developers and customer success specialists
— Create research plans for different types of UX studies
— Recruit participants
— Conduct remote and onsite research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, diary studies, contextual inquiry, observation)
— Analyze study results and document insights in the team’s insight base
— Help the UX Research Lead deliver insights to the team
— Assist the UX Research Lead with planning and conducting training on the basics of usability testing and other research methods for the product team members

Qualifications:

Required
— At least one year of experience as a UX researcher or in a similar role associated with applied research (qualitative or mixed methods)
— Good theoretical knowledge of qualitative research methods, familiarity with quantitative methods
— Ability to choose the right methods to tackle a particular problem
— Ability to process and derive actionable insights from large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data
— UX Researcher portfolio or a similar way to present the projects you worked on
— Fluency in written and spoken English (C1 or higher)
— Excellent communication skills

Preferred
— Degree in cultural anthropology, sociology or phycology, HCI or another relevant field
— Basic knowledge of CX / UX / Service design
— Familiarity with customer journey mapping and persona methodologies
— Basic knowledge of statistics
— Familiarity with Airtable, online survey tools, Figma

Any of the preferred qualifications​ would be an advantage.
