The hotel has informed us that during a safety inspection, guests staying on West Wing Levels 13, 14, and 15 were found to have tampered with the emergency exit door locking mechanisms (including unlocking, disabling, taping, or otherwise preventing the doors from locking), preventing the emergency exit doors from functioning as intended.
This behavior is a serious violation of the hotel’s safety regulations and may compromise fire safety and the security of all guests.
Please be reminded:
・Do not unlock, tamper with, or alter any emergency exit doors or related safety equipment.
・The staircase policy allowing guests to travel downward to the lobby and event venue applies only to guest room floors in the West Wing (Levels 6–12). Please do not extend this policy to any other floors.
The hotel has advised that if similar violations are discovered again, all guests staying on the affected floor may be required to check out.

ホテルより、安全点検の際に西館 13・14・15 階において、一部の旅客が非常口扉の施錠装置を無断で解除・改変（施錠解除、固定、テープ貼付など）し、非常口扉の施錠機能を無効にしていたことが確認されたとの報告を受けました。
このような行為は、ホテルの安全規定に対する重大な違反であり、消防・避難および宿泊の安全にも影響を及ぼす可能性があります。
改めて皆様へお願いいたします。
・非常口扉および関連設備を無断で解除・改変・破損しないでください。
・ロビーおよびイベント会場へ向かうために階段を利用できるのは、**西館宿泊フロア（6～12階）**のみです。対象外のフロアでは階段を使用しないでください。
ホテルより、今後同様の行為が確認された場合は、該当フロアの旅客全員に退室をお願いする可能性があるとの連絡を受けております。
ホテルの規定をお守りいただき、ご自身および他の旅客の宿泊環境に影響が生じないよう、ご協力をお願いいたします。
