Error and Fraud at Issue as Absentee Voting Rises: 10/20/12: 🤔

One might ponder why, in 2012, the NYT might be concerned about the fraud potential of mail-in/absentee ballots when in 2020 it was the greatest thing since sliced bread?

BECAUSE, in 2012, FL was a swing state and the vast majority of absentee ballots were from military personnel and retirees who tend to vote conservative:

“Yet votes cast by mail are less likely to be counted, more likely to be compromised and more likely to be contested than those cast in a voting booth, statistics show.

Election officials reject almost 2 percent of ballots cast by mail, double the rate for in-person voting.

“The more people you force to vote by mail,” Mr. Sancho said, “the more invalid ballots you will generate.”

Election experts say the challenges created by mailed ballots could well affect outcomes this fall and beyond. If the contests next month are close enough to be within what election lawyers call the margin of litigation, the grounds on which they will be fought will not be hanging chads but ballots cast away from the voting booth.”

There is no password barrier at all to the SQL Database software installed on Dominion EMS servers, which can be used to really easily change the election results.

The same group of people who use totally guessable passwords on all their election equipment also sign up for the DHS to surveille their elections through Albert Sensors using cybersecurity as their excuse.

If they really cared about security they would use multi-factor authentication and real passwords. What they actually care about is maintaining an election system that has more holes in it than Swiss cheese.

Reflections following AG Paxton's speech

(The speech can be found here, and the transcript here. The speech is about 13 mins long. The transcript can be read in 5 mins. It should be shared widely, especially with county officials).

We've discussed mail-in voting in numerous places on this channel and have called for the practice to be banned (or at least severely restricted for genuine cases), mainly because it is impossible to secure the "chain of custody".

And this is a good reminder that in the final analysis there are only 2 things that really matter, which in a sane world would receive unanimous support from all parties. They are:

1) Full transparency

2) Verifiable, secure chains of custody

That's it.

Every action taken to improve election integrity should be measured against these two standards.

The benchmark is simple:

⚠️ County election results that are NOT fully transparent and whose chains of custody can NOT be quickly and easily verified, should automatically be null and void. Period. ⚠️

This shouldn't be up for debate.

In a sane world this shouldn't even be contentious. It should be the norm. The fact that it isn't, and that nearly every county across the nation fails to pass these basic standards only shows how broken the whole system is.

Fingerprints of Fraud for New Mexico

Jeff O'Donnell's paper and video discussing the proof of digital manipulation in the CVRs in several states came out yesterday. I understand he's going to be updating them with CVRs from more states as he has time.

New Mexico doesn't have to wait though. We discussed digital manipulation in New Mexico's elections in the Otero Audit that was published last year:

We are presently working on compiling a short report with more information from 2022 CVRs. More importantly, our updated report will include information from recent articles that reveal how our elections are being monitored through "Albert Sensors" by a private company with ample ties to the radical left. The report can be easily delivered to all your county clerks, commissioners, and our crooked SOS.

Analysis of CVRs reveals irrefutable evidence of an impossible arrangement of votes in jurisdictions across the country.

There are only a few explanations for what we are seeing in the CVRs:

(1) subversion of the election file by a corrupt vendor upstream, independent of any election worker’s actions downstream;

(2) access and manipulation of the election management system through tools that shouldn’t be there in the first place (Microsoft SQL) via non-existent passwords, weak credentials, or use of compromised USB drives in data transfers; and

(3) use of uncertified internet connected software that has centralized virtually every aspect of our elections, from inflating voter rolls, manipulating votes, to overwriting election results at the local level. BPro/KnowInk/Tenex/VR Systems all provide the functionality to do all of the above NOW.

All three provide explanations for what we are seeing in the CVRs. The third explanation, however, is where subversion will take place going forward.

The Department of Homeland Security and the radical left NGO “Center for Internet Security” (CIS) have centralized our elections and most people don’t even know it. It has never been easier to subvert the vote at a nation-state level.

The RESTRICT act seeks to make this centralized power a permanent fixture in our elections.

2023 SENATE BILL 70 - Continued

Voter registration in high schools
Prior to 2011 Wisconsin Act 240, state law required that all public high schools be used for voter registration for enrolled students and members of the high school staff. Prior law also authorized voter registration to take place at a private high school or a tribal school that operates high school grades if requested by the principal. The bill reinstates those provisions.
Under the bill, the municipal clerk must notify the school board of each school district in which the municipality is located that high schools will be used for voter registration. The school board and the clerk then appoint at least one qualified voter at each high school to be a special school registration deputy. The bill allows students and staff to register at the school on any day that classes are regularly held. The deputies promptly forward the registration forms to the clerk and the clerk adds qualified voters to the registration list. The clerk may reject a registration form, but the clerk must notify the registrant and inform the registrant of the reason for being rejected. Under the bill, a form completed by an individual who will be 18 years of age before the next election and who is otherwise qualified to vote must be filed in such a way so that the individual is automatically registered to vote when the
individual is 18.
Finally, the bill allows a principal of a private high school or tribal school that operates high school grades to request that the municipal clerk appoint a qualified voter at the school to be a special school registration deputy. Under the bill, the clerk must appoint a special school registration deputy if the clerk determines that the private high school or tribal school has a substantial number of students residing in the municipality.

Alleged to Have Conspired to Cast False and Illegal Ballots in Elections Held in 2021, in Violation of Rensselaer County Voters’ Rights

ALBANY, NEW YORK – Richard W. Crist, age 55, of Nassau, New York; James R. Gordon, age 42, of North Greenbush, New York; and Leslie A. Wallace, age 35, of Troy, New York, were arrested and arraigned today on an indictment charging them with conspiring to violate the rights of Rensselaer County voters in connection with elections held in 2021.

United States Attorney Carla B. Freedman and Janeen DiGuiseppi, Special Agent in Charge of the Albany Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), made the announcement.
Crist is the Director of Operations for Rensselaer County, Gordon is the Director of the Bureau for Central Services of Rensselaer County, and Wallace works for the Rensselaer County Executive’s Office. 

The indictment (copy attached) alleges that during local elections held in 2021, Crist, Gordon and Wallace conspired to use their official positions, and actual and apparent authority over Rensselaer County employees, to obtain absentee ballots in voters’ names through fraud and intimidation; these voters did not intend to request absentee ballots, nor did they seek voting assistance from Crist, Gordon or Wallace.

Crist, Gordon and Wallace then conspired to cast false and illegal votes in these voters’ names in primary and general elections held in Rensselaer County in 2021. Their conduct violated the constitutional rights of Rensselaer County voters to have their votes counted equally as compared to votes cast by other voters, and made it more likely that the defendants’ preferred candidates would win the elections.

Gordon is also charged with one count of witness tampering, and Wallace is also charged with one count of making false statements.

Senate bill 70 eliminates the 14 day period to submit an absentee ballot. This is nuts and an attempt by Democrats to steal more votes. To view click here and see page 46.

Current law allows an individual to complete an absentee ballot in person no earlier than 14 days preceding the election and no later than the Sunday preceding the election. The bill eliminates the 14-day restriction on how soon a person may complete an absentee ballot in person.
