Let’s get this straight. No this is not a Fed set up. Yes, Feds will be there - duh. Yes agitators will find their way there. This protest is generated by a boatload of groups and people coming together. No leaders, nobody claiming to control it. It’s decentralized and driven by the people of AZ.

This way no group has a target on their backs and can’t be blamed for anything.

The 4 Brunson brothers got together back in 2021, & they filed 2 lawsuits against

👉Biden, Harris, Pence & 385 Members of Congress 👈

for not upholding their oath to protect & defend the Constitution by “NOT INVESTIGATING” the question that the 2020 election was possibly stolen. Both cases had trouble getting traction but last month there was a big win.

Background:
One case was filed (march 2021) at the state level & has been constantly blocked. Another case was filed (June 2021) at the federal level. It was constantly blocked too.

Why? The defense attorneys do a lot of legal pretzel twisting but a main reason is the defendants (Congress etc) hide behind “Sovereign Immunity” from any lawsuits relating to actions of treason while serving in the capacity of their office. 

But the brothers are very smart. They discovered they could go straight to SCOTUS. It was accepted on 10-24-22!! A big win!

But first, SCOTUS asked the defendants why SCOTUS shouldn’t proceed. Three days ago, there was another big win on 11-23-22 when the defendants (congress etc) waived a response to SCOTUS. So now SCOTUS will proceed!
