Unstructured thinking. First principles over templates.
Extreme depth. Prepare 5 projects you can defend to the bone — every decision, every failure, every tradeoff.
Cross-functional stories. Working with legal, research, sales under real conflict.
Comfort with impossible constraints. "If this model cost $2 trillion — how do you frame that to finance?"
Casual delivery, zero BS. Sound like you already work there.
Retire "Developer Dan." Named personas are flagged as dated.
AI-native working style assumed. They want to know how you actually use AI tools day to day.

Expect 2x the questions of a FAANG loop. They're lean by design.
The signal they're looking for: boundless creativity, lean team experience, and no handwavy answers.
