Overall Board was cordial and Chairmen was very professional. Each member asked not more than 2 Questions but expected long reply by giving time limits.

C: Please tell us about your education and work experience background in 1 minute.
C: we often hear about bifurcation of states. What do you feel should be the Principles or criteria for such bifurcation? 
C: And what about popular demand? Shouldn't that be a criterion? 

M1: so you have played cricket. What are you? Batsman or bowler? 
M1: so what values do sports teach us
M1: How can sports be useful in administration 
M1: your home state is Maharashtra. Why is there an accute water problem there for so many years that we haven't been able to solve? 
M1: what solutions do you offer to solve this water issue


M2: what is your opinion on appointment of former members of Judiciary as MPs? (Recently Shri Ranjan Gogoi was appointed as member of Rajya Sabha). Is it good?
M2: Can you name one recent disruptive technology? (Said about today's paper - Russian tokamak technology for fusion power) 
C: (intervenes) that is very good and we accept that. Any other technology you have in mind? (Said AI)
M2: so how has AI caused a disruption? 


M3: What in your opinion should be he changes brought to the 10th schedule and anti defection law? 
M3: what are the loopholes in the law? 
M3: What can be done to make the role of speaker more transparent? 
M3: should speaker be appointed from outside the house?

M4- You have heard of the term "Bureaucracy"? Who coined it? 
M4- why is this term often seen in a negative light and has a negative connotation attached to it?

M4- I see you named Tribal sports (to M1). Have you heard about District Mineral Foundations near tribal areas? What do they do? How are they funded? 
M4- you are a very interesting candidate because you have Physics as your Graduation subject and ALSO as your optional subject? Why so?

0. Hardik you have good academic background and electrical and software field experience.. tell us some developments in India in this field. In the context of being aatma nirbhar in this field (Electronics manufacturing under make in india, software products development along with IT, 5g iot telecommunications equipments should be manufactured at home..not import)

2. Criminalisation of politics os a reality?
3. How to reform? ( Criminal affidavits and fast tarck courts)

a. If you have to decide, will you do or not? ( I will provided pollution norms)
b. Will you do or not? ( Sir I will)
c. Then what will happen to Taj Mahal?
( Sir bola toh pollution control 3 times πŸ˜… - of course i said this in polite way)

1. Electricity demand and supply.. we are surplus then where is the issue. ( Couldn't understand his question properly - so i just said what i knew - PLF, Billing efficiency, Discoms profitability, more capacity)
a. Conventional or green energy ( of course green!)
2. Inclusive growth ( great idea sirji)
a. Cities development not reaching villages ( sir satellite cities need to be developed to declutter main city)
b. Smart city you mean? ( Yes sir)
c. Is it going good? ( Of course! πŸ™Š )
