Me: Sir, can I take a few seconds to think?
M4: yes, you can.
Me: ( after a few seconds..) Sir, firstly, I will make sure that there is no intelligence failure. I will make sure information is available even from the bottom level of beat constables who are active at ground level
Secondly, i will make sure sufficient force is available to tackle any unforeseen events which can happen and prevent essential services from being disrupted
Thirdly, We can take help of technology like drones to check any suspicious activities in hotspot areas….
M4: okay, okay and tell me about legal actions which you can take
Me: Sir, I can take help of different provisions under IPC and CrPc to control the situation. I may even control gathering of more than five people if law and order situation is under threat.
