The article underlines what Our Hon'ble PM Modi emphasizes on- calling vikalang as divyang- it is important to have compassion for the differently abled. But it is not okay to look at them in a patronizing way. They are not objects of your charity. Behavioral change in people is the most empowering aspect when we talk about differently abled people.
