➤ Be particularly wary of scammers who may mimic team members with similar usernames. Double-check and verify official-links to stay safe.
➤ Under no circumstances should you ever give out your seed phrase or connect your wallet to a random website.

Withdrawal Instructions

Android Users:
➤ The withdrawal feature will be available at the TGE. Ensure your app is updated. Distribution might take time, make sure to double check.
➤ To withdraw, simply input your Solana wallet address and multi-factor authentication code to withdraw your claimable amount.

Mac and iOS Users:
➤ The proof of prestige process for Mac and iOS devices is not yet ready.
➤ Consequently, the withdrawal feature will not be available at the TGE for these devices.
➤ Despite the absence of withdrawal functionality, the token unlock will start at the TGE for Mac and iOS users as well. For example, if the withdrawal process begins 5 days after the TGE, users will be able to withdraw 15% of their balance snapshot taken on the TGE date.

Fees
➤ Account Creation Fee: 5 UPT — This fee covers the creation of your UPT/USDC account. It's a one-time fee of 0.02+ SOL when trading for the first time in a new market to make the market wallet. By closing the account, you can re-claim the account creation fee.
➤ Withdrawal Fee: 2 UPT per withdrawal.

Important Notes:

Enable 2-Factor Authentication (2FA)

You MUST have 2FA enabled in the app.
To enable 2FA: open the app, go to "Settings", and scroll down to "Security and Access".
Please wait one minute after setting up 2FA before trying to withdraw.

Web Version Claim UI

The claim UI is currently live on the web version.
To access it: go to uprock.com and log in.
You will see a "Send" button. Click it to start the process.
There is a 1000 UPT limit per day to ensure safety for now.

Withdrawal Flow:

Enable 2FA in the Mobile App

You must have 2FA enabled to withdraw.
Log into Uprock on a Web Browser

Any browser will work, no need for a connected wallet.
Access Your Wallet

Click on your wallet.
Initiate Withdrawal

Click on "Withdraw" to see the available amount.
Note: There is a 1000 UPT withdrawal limit per time for now.
Enter Your Wallet Address

Enter Your 2FA Code

Input your 2FA code on the confirmation page.
Process Withdrawal

Your withdrawal will be processed.

We periodically update your vesting into your main wallet. We also check it when you start a withdrawal. If you see nothing has vested yet, you can either wait or start the withdrawal process.
