The hearing in the UPPCS 2025 case went very well yesterday. The Commission’s side seemed to be struggling to provide satisfactory answers. There were lawyers representing the Commission, and an AAG (Additional Advocate General) was also present to put forward their arguments. However, they were mostly making irrelevant and confusing points, trying to prove something correct as incorrect without giving any clear or logical explanation.
Those who were present in the courtroom know that the arguments continued for almost an hour. The Hon’ble Judge also asked several cross-questions, but they were unable to provide satisfactory answers to those questions.
The hearing for UPPCS 2025 is scheduled again today.
As for those saying that the UPPCS 2025 result was supposed to be released, the result was expected yesterday as well, but it was not released. Regarding the result, the Hon’ble Judge had already made it clear yesterday that it would not be released today.
Now, after today’s hearing, it will depend on what the Hon’ble Judge says. Only after that will the Commission be able to proceed with releasing the result.
