For all applicants who received an email regarding their Test Permit claiming schedule, but still have not claimed their Test Permit, you may claim it at the UP Office of Admissions (located inside UP Diliman) on the following days:
May 26, 2023 (Friday) 2 PM- 5 PM
May 27, 2023 (Saturday) 8 AM - 5 PM
May 29, 2023 (Monday) 8 AM - 5 PM
Please bring the printed copy of the email and your school ID. For Authorized Representatives who will claim, see instructions indicated in the email.

2. Be there at least 30 minutes before the start time.
3. Bring the things you'll need, especially your test permit. This will be presented and submitted to the testing personnel before and during the exam, respectively.
4. Dress comfortably and appropriately. Different testing rooms may have different temperatures and ventilation. Be prepared for cold and warm conditions.
