If a username is frequently mentioned in menfess, and Bangtan Base has already implemented the hold system but no report is made by the relevant parties, then if any issues arise, it is no longer the admin's responsibility.

Tannies using rented usernames are not allowed to request a "takedown menfess" if the username receives a "mention tag," as this is beyond Bangtan Base’s responsibility if the username owner's gallery sets specific conditions regarding menfess. • Use of fansite or fantaken media that is not permitted for public sharing. If allowed, do not remove the watermark or recolor the media.
• Media generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Manips whose editing involves overlaying the face or body of another member who is in the same group as the idol in the photo.
• Face-swap and body-swap fall under illegal media, as they alter or erase the true identity of a person. Due to ongoing controversies, Bangtan Base strictly prohibits the use of such content.
• Over-editing (e.g., hair/clothes recoloring, smudge, thick makeup filters) that makes it difficult for admins or others to recognize the idol.
