01. Make sure you’ve subscribed to @BangtannBase before sending a menfess.

02. Always use polite and respectful language. Avoid any form of coercion directed at the admin or others.

03. There’s no limit to how many menfess you can send, except for overused or repetitive topics that have been discussed frequently.

04. Use brackets “[]” for out-of-character (OOC) menfess; such as those referencing real-life matters, song requests, or fan behavior.

05. Apply CW/TW (Content/Trigger Warnings) if your menfess contains potentially triggering content. For further info, check @ListCWTW (cr. @.haiveth & @.dienxia).

06. Media formats such as PDFs, Telegraph links, audio (file or link), videos, and photos are allowed. For multiple videos/photos, please arrange them in a grid beforehand.

07. Usernames not linked to an actual account must include spacing, e.g., @ Username, @.Username, or @/Username.

08. Accounts using unclear or non-character face claims are not allowed to send menfess.

09. NSFW content is permitted from 08:00 PM WIB until the end of the night shift, with limited and appropriate discussion.

10. Add this watermark to your media if you want to prevent unauthorized use. This applies to moodboards, manips, or any other creative work you’ve made.

01. Sending menfess that provoke conflict, cause misunderstandings, target someone specifically, inquire about sexuality, or contain elements of SARA (ethnicity, religion, race, inter-group relations).

02. Menfess directed at non-roleplay accounts (RPRL, CA, BA, PA, FA) are strictly prohibited. Likewise, accounts outside of the roleplay sphere are not allowed to leave comments.

03. Leaving the channel or blocking the admin bot after submitting a menfess.

04. Sending romantic menfess to someone who is already in a relationship.

05. Requesting nokos (empty numbers), sharing usernames, or asking about topics editing-related results (e.g., manips, Remini, etc.) through menfess is not allowed.

06. Submitting overly long menfess that end up covering other posts. (Max. 1 screen only).

07. Sending menfess with unclear context, such as:

1. SARA

It is strictly prohibited to submit menfess containing elements of SARA (ethnicity, religion, race, and intergroup issues), as well as any mention of God, specific religions/religious figures, or political matters.

2. MUSE MINOR

Trial and FWA are allowed, provided the muse is at least 18 years old. However, please ensure the age gap remains within a reasonable range of 2–3 years.

This rule applies to both the sender and any Tannies leaving comments. If a Tannies interacts with an age gap that exceeds the stated limit, a warning (warn) will be issued by the admin.

3. COPYCAT/PLAGIARISM/DUPLICATION

Strictly prohibited to copy, imitate, or duplicate any content in any form; including wordings, edits, or other elements; whether from Bangtan Base or any other base.

If a report is submitted regarding acts of copycatting, plagiarism, or content duplication, the sender will face strict sanctions in the form of a permanent ban from the admin bot where the menfess was submitted. We highly value originality and individual creativity, and therefore, any violation of this rule will not be tolerated.

Dilarang keras menyalin, meniru, atau menduplikasi dalam bentuk apa pun, termasuk wording, editan, maupun elemen lainnya, baik yang berasal dari Bangtan Base maupun dari base lain.

Jika terdapat laporan terkait tindakan copycat/plagiarisme/duplikasi konten, maka pengirim menfess yang bersangkutan akan dikenakan sanksi tegas, berupa ban permanen dari bot admin tempat menfess tersebut dikirimkan. Kami menghargai orisinalitas dan kreativitas setiap individu, sehingga segala bentuk pelanggaran ini tidak akan ditoleransi.

6. FORBIDDEN FACE CLAIM

Muses who have not officially debuted are not allowed to send menfess under categories such as TanFolk, TanLover, or TanTribe.

From the list of idols marked as forbidden face claims, some names are still allowed to be used as face claims, but strictly prohibited for NSFW-related content.

7. USERNAME

ACCOUNT BAN

Tannies are allowed to ban their personal usernames, which will result in the entire username being banned, with a clear reason provided. This means that the username will not be mentioned in any menfess group tags or personal tags forever. A username that has been added to the ban list cannot be unbanned, except in the case of ownership transfer.

PUSH & HOLD
────────────────

• Each username mentioned (tagged) is limited to a maximum of 3 tags per day (including both personal and group tags).

• The hold system applies to usernames that are mentioned too frequently. Bangtan Base will implement the hold system for 1 day. After that, only the username owner can request assistance from the @BBase_HelperBot for a permanent ban.

If a username is frequently mentioned in menfess, and Bangtan Base has already implemented the hold system but no report is made by the relevant parties, then if any issues arise, it is no longer the admin's responsibility.

RENT/RENTAL
────────────────
Tannies using rented usernames are not allowed to request a "takedown menfess" if the username receives a "mention tag," as this is beyond Bangtan Base’s responsibility if the username owner's gallery sets specific conditions regarding menfess. It is recommended to request an edit of the username mentioned in the menfess with the original username, within 7 days after the menfess is posted.

PEMBATASAN AKUN (BAN)

Tannies diperbolehkan untuk mengajukan ban username milik pribadi, yang akan mengakibatkan pengguna username (+also) tersebut ter-ban secara keseluruhan, dengan alasan yang jelas. Artinya, username yang di-ban tidak akan disebutkan dalam menfess tag group maupun menfess tag personal selama-lamanya. Username yang sudah terdaftar dalam daftar ban tidak dapat di-unban, kecuali terjadi perpindahan kepemilikan.

PUSH & HOLD

• Setiap username yang disebut (mention) memiliki batas maksimal 3× tag dalam 1 hari (termasuk tag personal dan group).

• Sistem hold berlaku untuk username yang terlalu sering disebutkan (mention). Pihak Bangtan Base akan menerapkan sistem hold selama 1 hari. Setelah itu, hanya pemilik username yang dapat meminta bantuan kepada @BBase_HelperBot untuk ban username dengan durasi selamanya.

Jika username sering disebutkan (mention) pada menfess, dan pihak Bangtan Base sudah melakukan sistem hold, namun tidak ada laporan dari pihak terkait, maka jika terjadi masalah, itu bukan lagi tanggung jawab admin.

MENYEWA/SEWA

Tannies yang menggunakan username rental tidak diperkenankan mengajukan permintaan "takedown menfess" apabila username tersebut mendapatkan "mention tag", karena hal ini di luar tanggung jawab Bangtan Base jika galeri pemilik username menetapkan syarat tertentu terkait menfess. Disarankan untuk mengajukan penyuntingan (edit) username yang tercantum pada menfess tersebut dengan username asli milik yang ditandai (tag), dalam batas waktu 7 hari setelah menfess diunggah.

8. MENTIONING CIRCLE NAME

Mentioning the name of a circle in the caption is not allowed. Bangtan Base only permits circle names to appear through media (JPG, PNG, GIF, MP4, PDF, DOCX, PPT).
