Bitcoin dominance previously bounced from the 8h demand zone then reached the 1h supply zone at around 41.66% where it got rejected as predicted also filling the imbalance below it. It is currently moving slowly but it is ranging in downtrend. We shall wait and see it's reaction on the support level at around 41%. In order to continue moving upwards it needs to close above the daily breaker zone at 41.8%.

#BTCUSDT 4H Chart

Price recently dropped failing to fill the imbalance shortly and is currently testing the 4h demand zone after leaving a minor 4h supply zone at 42.6k. MACD lines crossed and is now bearish, RSI is sold and EMAs are bearish. Price should bounce from this area aiming for the 4h supply at 46k even though it may get rejected of the first 4h supply.

Price got perfectly rejected from the 8h supply at $3,400 and it is currently moving down towards the 4h demand zone at $3,150. MACD lines crossed and is now bearish, RSI is sold and EMAs are still bearish. I expect price to bounce from that area of demand aiming for the 4h supply zone at $3,800 after filling the imbalance at $3,700 as a midterm target.

Bitcoin dominance ranged sideways after breaking above the resistance area at 42.65%. This area should now get retested and if broken we would wait for it's reaction on the 42.3% area first then the 11h demand at 41.6% second.
