The best way to be happy is to simply stop manufacturing suffering.

You mind constructs virtually all suffering, stress and fear.

Zero Exceptions.

The default state of mind is happy/bliss.

Suffering has to be constructed with logic, concepts and ideas.

Only the logical mind can experience suffering.

This is the reason why you can't have a systematic method to end suffering, unless that method directly or otherwise, hinders the construction process itself.

Any other process or method you use to nullify suffering will end up backfiring to create even more suffering.

Happiness is not reached via a method or process.

It's something you are by your own nature.

If you want to build a healthy society you need lots of innovative products & services. The best driver of innovation is competition. This leads to lowering of prices and results in the best services for the consumer.

This is why Monopolisation is a huge innovation inhibitor. If one industry has an untouchable monopoly then they are guaranteed to rake billions in profit even with no serious effort to make their services better for the end user.

Treat every being an integrious entity with it's own interests, ambitions and needs. Most often in our interactions we hold our agenda as the top most priority. It is necessary to have an agenda, but that should not blind yourself to others agendas. Blindly imposing our agenda doesn't mean that it always succeeds, usually it ends up in conflict with no agendas being met.

Just like you don't want your sovereignty to be infringed upon, do not infringe the sovereignty of others. This would do wonders in your interactions with people socially.

Avoid Heavy Metal Toxicity

Heavy Metals like mercury, once it gets into your system destroys your thinking capacity and you will be more vulnerable to depression.

Studies have shown that even crime rates correlate with heavy metal presence in your bodies.

There is no acceptable level of toxic metal content in food/tap water etc as the authorities specify. Ignore that crap. No heavy metal is safe.

Please DO RESEARCH into this.

Here is a beautifully explained tutorial on heavy Metal Detox. It should cost atleast $1000. So watch it while it's still free.

Also it's highly recommend that you carry water in STAINLESS STEEL bottles.

Glass is also fine, but it's an inconvenience to carry it around.

NOT copper/plastic bottles. Carry your own bottles when you go outside whenever possible.

A few more EXTREMELY IMPORTANT additional points.

The food that you eat and the water that you drink has been heavily contaminated. Please take special care as to protect yourself from the deadly effects of harmful chemicals as much as possible.

PREGNANT WOMEN must take special care as to not consume these substances.

1) Avoid consuming large quantities of sea food, especially big fishes, Tuna etc.
The mercury released from the industries is directly dumped into the oceans and it ends up in your favourite fishes.

If you want to, go with small fishes with little life spans instead of big one that live longer and accumulate more mercury over time.

2) Opt for a FLUORIDE FREE TOOTHPASTE. Fluoride does have some benifits like preventing cavities. But that shouldn't blind you to it's harmful effects once it enters your body. Only use a pea size amount for brushing your teeth.

3) Most fruits & vegetables in the market are grown with pesticides and preservation chemicals. If you ever get a chance eat the fruits grown on local trees. If you live in a village area, plant a few mango, guava trees in your land. They grow relatively faster and gives you poison free fruits you can eat confidently. Buy from sellers who sell local fruits and vegetables, if you can trust them.

You cannot live while taking zero amount of these nasty chemicals into your body. But be wary of when you do, and restrict the amount you are ingesting.

Your ability to lead a productive and a full life will be severely hampered if you have a certain threshold of toxic chemicals in your body. Also note that different people have different genetics which means that different bodies will deal with chemicals in different ways. Some bodies may be able to filter out faster, while other may not.

Consider a detox at some point. That might unknowingly solve some other issues which you maybe facing.

Reframing *spending money* as *investing money* is a game changer.

It's all an investment which will give you dividends from the future.

Every single paise.

Whether to be an investment into materials, people, education, health, experiences, stonks etc.

Saving money early in life is the most stupid mistake.

You are supposed to live on the line.

Invest all your money into the littlest things that bring you joy or future returns.
People often do not invest enough into experiences which will later make you a much more mature person in life.

Education, likewise can also expand your worldview which makes you better equipped to deal with the real world in a much better way.

The longer you are able to look into the future, the better investments you will be able to make.

The only exceptions are charitable donations which, obviously must be done without the expectations of any future returns.

Tension resides in the body, and manifests externally as stress, anxiety & even pain. This tension is usually instigated by thoughts. The more intensely the thoughts are believed, the more powerful they become within the body. Yoga relieves tension from the mind, meditation relieves tension from the mind. Every other thing is just a form of distraction, though they may help.

Contrary to popular belief, you don't have to sit in a crossed leg position with your eyes closed to meditate. Meditation is as simple as mentally scanning your entire body, and this you can do anytime. The key (hard part) is to 'remember' to do it.

Always revert attention to the pressure points in your body like the neck, hips, wrists, throat & ankles. Whenever you're sitting or lying down scrolling, just do a quick inner scan. Wherever you feel tightness or tension - note it & relax it Practice this consistently. The metric is increasing the number of times you remember to remember during the day. Again, just remembering & noting is good enough. Also be aware of the thoughts & actions that trigger them. With time you'll start feeling lighter, calmer & more alive...

Conscious relationships

How to conduct yourself perfectly in a relationship is one of the subjects that peak my interests.

It's far too obvious that people fail miserably in relationships especially in the case of marriages. People move from one failure to another failure.

Relationships are a true test of your consciousness and maturity. Even sufficiently psychologically developed people would fail to truly and intimacy connect with their spouse.

One reason for this is that you come with a shit load of agendas & expectations into that marriage. They themselves don't like to work to the expectations while forcing the other to meet the expectations that you have set for them.

One fundamental thing that could make a difference is to behave like children in marriage.
Not to be childish/immature, but to bring in a sense of comfort and joy to the other instead of holding them to a standard, while also fulfilling your entrusted responsibilities.

Less "using them" vs
more enjoying *with them*.

That's a topic for another day. But even before marrying someone, or even before getting into a relationship with them, you should know everything about them.

You are literally Living with one person and having sex with one person for the rest of your life. Do not be naive fooled by oxytocin driven stupidity. (Especially to men).

Be extremely pragmatic and go into microscopic details regarding your views/expectations/past/beliefs of your partner. You should also have complete disclosure.

The masses are always enthralled by rhetoric.

Rhetoric = language designed to have a persuasive or impressive effect, but which is often regarded as lacking in sincerity or meaningful content.

Notice the internal inkling that you have to attach yourself to these empty words. They are usually polarizing/motivational/edgy in nature.

More often than not, the person saying them does not truly believe in them. They are putting on a show, which will end up in gross self delusion, leading to a delusional mass of people.
