My interpretations..
Man lives in the normal universe. The universe of days and nights.. sun, stars and moon... Etc He has to work for a living and toil every day to survive.
This is the world of dualities.
A world where his mind is creating a sort of "Human like" world for himself.
One fine day, he became aware of the game he was playing with himself and ceased to play it.
The normal world that works with logic & rationality broke down and he got a glimpse into some metaphysical magical universe. A world that dosen't make sense to the normal people back in his normal world.

The pursuit of truth demands detachment from survival needs.
For reality dosen't care if you live or die.
But all you care about is your survival.
Detachment dosen't mean you stop taking action to live at all. To think clearly you need to put a distance from yourself things.
It simply means you are not going neurotic and ideological about survival.
It means you accept that the world will function smoothly even if you are not a part of it, and your survival agendas are not a part of it.
This is hard to come by.
For reality dosen't care if you live or die.

The most obvious way this happens is through tensions in the muscles in your body. These days the stress from work is too much for people to handle. The stress has a physical component.
Notice that when you are stressed, you may hold tension in your facial muscles, stomach and hands.
Your face is the place in your body that buries the highest amount of tension. Especially the forehead, and even inside the head.
This is a reason why many people feel exhausted without working so much. They drain their energy through stress in their muscles.
So you literally conserve energy by aligning your life with truth.
Face the fears and let Reality squash the deck of cards you built up.
This is emotionally difficult at first. Extremely difficult.
Face this, and the subsequent life you lead will have a new baseline level of bliss and energy.

BODY AWARENESS MEDITATION: A LIFE CHANGING PRACTICE
Body awareness is the place to cure most of the diseases in the body. Awareness doesn't require you to create nor change anything.
Just become aware of what is already there.
Become aware of
-Inside the head:
Cures headaches; Focus your attention on the pineal gland inside your head. No thoughts necessary; just pure attention.
Even if thoughts come through, no need to resist or change it either. Just make sure that you don't actively participate in thinking more of it.
Notice that when you pay attention to the inside of your head, you are not merely seeing a static feeling. Lots of dynamic feelings happen simultaneously.
It's a world on it's own.
- Facial Muscles.
Another storehouse of tension on your body.
Tensions in muscles consume a shit ton of energy. Makes you feel exhausted when working & resting won't feel much fruitful either.
As it is, pay attention to your cheeks and the myriad of feelings that exists within it. Relax your cheek & feel more into it.
Enjoy the feeling of relaxation. Notice the innate and effortless joy in simply relaxing, not having to worry about anything.
Do the same for your forehead.
Every time you get angry over something you are dumbing some tension onto your forehead.
Notice it and relax it. That's all.
Basically you get the idea.
Starting from your head to toe, pay attention to every single organ and muscle in your body.
Namely forehead, inside the head, face, cheeks,neck, ears,shoulders, stomach, chest, butts, thighs, knees, legs and finally the toes.
Deeply feel into it, and relax it.
And most importantly do not rush it. That's missing the whole point of it.
Do not complicate this procedure.
Any genuine doubts shall be answered. You cannot fuck up something that is this simple.
The workaholic culture have trained us to focus on external work which has gotten us out of touch with our body.
Body awareness meditation puts you back in touch with it.
When your body is relaxed your mind functions far better too.
Also this dosen't require any preparation so, you can do this literally any time you want as much as you want.

Pay attention to specific parts of the body and relax it.
Remind yourself to do it throughout the day.

1. Do not intentionally manipulate this knowledge to wreck havoc on others. Be a well behaved individual at all time.
2. Use this knowledge to liberate your psyche of moralisation you indulge in.
Morality will instill guilt into you.
And this will severely hamper your productivity if you are not aware of it.
