Its fluid, dynamic design features a central atrium with suspended galleries, blending indoor and outdoor spaces. A dual-tone stainless-steel façade ensures natural ventilation, reducing cooling needs in the sub-tropical climate. Open terraces foster social interaction and connect with nature, targeting China’s top green building certification. 🌞
