Schastia City’s eco-friendly design features 17 towers, each 30 floors, blending homes, offices, and green spaces:
• 1st-7th: Parking, shops, school, clinic, sports, dining (some shared across towers)
• 8th-19th: Residences (green areas every 5th floor)
• 20th-21st: Transport stations
• 22nd+: Offices (green areas every 5th floor)

Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, the Shenzhen Museum of Science & Technology sits on the edge of Shenzhen’s Science Park, a hub of innovation. Its fluid, dynamic design features a central atrium with suspended galleries, blending indoor and outdoor spaces. A dual-tone stainless-steel façade ensures natural ventilation, reducing cooling needs in the sub-tropical climate. Open terraces foster social interaction and connect with nature, targeting China’s top green building certification. 🌞
