The evolution of the Trinity Cathedral, Addis Ababa.
We can witness that the cathedral got changed two times. It was first built before the Italian occupation, then given its neo-baroque form after liberation and finally it was expanded in the 60s by Yugoslavian architects and a contractor. At the moment it is undergoing renovation works under the supervision of Prof. and Architect Fasil Ghiorgis.

“Our proposal is a regenerative design project that invites visitors to explore their own interconnectedness with nature. Our main design goal is to create a system that can support the growth of nature within the structures of our design. The project aims to create a network of pathways and spaces that hold the human visit, while restoring the native vegetation by implementing regenerative strategies. Our masterplan defines three main paths, each focused on one of the landscape's elements; each one is crowned by pavilions that celebrate and restore these elements.”
