High rise for Greenwich Pennesuala development
The mixed-use sheme consists of a cluster of 4 residential towers of varying heights that has 400 units. A colonnaded plinth connects all these elements, forming a generous communal garden. The two towers -28 and 17 storeys - on the south west of the site, face directly onto the central park. Each building has 360 degree views, colonnades, roof gardens and co-working spaces.
The matal lattice expression of the towers and their tapering forms were inspired by the industrial heritage of the local area.

Accordia Brass Building
This building has been compared to Baroque Architecture. The idea was creating a building based on a radial structure, like a fruit with seeds radiating from the centre. The radial geometry generates facades at varying angles ; internal spaces focous on long oblique views through the trees rather than frontal views toward buildings opposite. Balconies were created by utilizing inward and outward facade geometries on alternating floors.
