When Should You Create an Agency on Upwork?
Many freelancers ask this.
Simple answer:
๐ First , build your personal account
Start getting jobs, make money, understand clients.
๐ Then, create an agency
When youโre confident and ready for bigger projects.
Why agency?
โข Looks more professional
โข Clients trust agencies more
โข Higher chance for bigger jobs
โข You can work as a team
But be real:
โ๏ธ Not all clients prefer agencies
Some clients avoid agencies because of higher cost
So both matter.
Start solo โ grow โ then build agency.
Thatโs the smart path ๐ก

โ ๏ธ Upwork Tip (Most People Donโt Know)
Donโt expect invites or getting hired if your account is not verified.
Clients see a warning on unverified profiles
and this kills your chances
๐ First verify your account
๐ Then go for invites and jobs
Many freelancers ignore this and struggle.
We help you fix it.
Our agency helps you get verified "for free" (no connects) with 1:1 mentorship

The success of Telegram, a $30 billion company managed by only 30 remote employees, highlights the power of hyper-efficient business models.
By bypassing traditional overhead like offices and HR, Pavel Durov has successfully scaled to hundreds of millions of users.
Massive scale is achieved through technical precision and strategic clarity, not large-scale hiring.
