Unity DevTalks Hub
Over the past few days, more freelancers in our community have moved from
profile setup and optimization to landing their first Upwork job and earning their first 5โญ๏ธ rating.
Seeing freelancers turn what theyโve learned into real Upwork results is exactly why we do this.

๐ซ๐ฑ Donโt Apply to Jobs Posted From India & Pakistan Before You Read This
From what weโve noticed on Upwork, there are 3 reasons weโre careful with these jobs:
1. Fake / No-Hire Jobs
Some posts look real but never hire anyone. They can waste your time and Connects.
2. Real Job, But They Prefer Their Own Network
Some clients already have freelancers from their own country and rarely hire from outside.
3. Real Job, But Very Low Budget
Huge project + extremely low budget = They may be looking to outsource the work as cheaply as possible.
๐ Our advice: Donโt apply blindly. Check the clientโs hiring history, budget, previous hires, and requirements before spending your Connects.
Have you noticed the same thing with jobs posted from India or Pakistan, or do you see it differently?

Upwork can create opportunities, but it never guarantees success.
Some get jobs quickly, others struggle for months.
Learn your skill, learn how to sell it, stay consistent and be ready for the struggle.
