Congratulations to one of our previous mentorship rounds on this amazing milestone!
The market isn't closed.
The opportunity is still there for freelancers who understand how Upwork works, position themselves correctly, and follow the right strategy.
Don't let "the market is saturated" become the reason you never start.

Many people learn for years, then think about money later.
The smart person learns two things together:
โ The skill,
โ And how to sell the skill.
Learning without market understanding creates job seekers, not freelancers.

๐ซ๐ฑ Donโt Apply to Jobs Posted From India & Pakistan Before You Read This
From what weโve noticed on Upwork, there are 3 reasons weโre careful with these jobs:
1. Fake / No-Hire Jobs
Some posts look real but never hire anyone. They can waste your time and Connects.
2. Real Job, But They Prefer Their Own Network
Some clients already have freelancers from their own country and rarely hire from outside.
3. Real Job, But Very Low Budget
Huge project + extremely low budget = They may be looking to outsource the work as cheaply as possible.
๐ Our advice: Donโt apply blindly. Check the clientโs hiring history, budget, previous hires, and requirements before spending your Connects.
Have you noticed the same thing with jobs posted from India or Pakistan, or do you see it differently?

Upwork can create opportunities, but it never guarantees success.
Some get jobs quickly, others struggle for months.
Learn your skill, learn how to sell it, stay consistent and be ready for the struggle.
