Reject on grounds, not everyone uses digital.....phones, computers; we have the right to privacy/freedom of movement without being tracked, including face recognition; we've always had freedom to choose what is right for us (not the govt's right to choose ie China has 'point system'....you gain points by bottle feeding your baby, community service should be done out of goodwill and belief (not by govt coercion); medical freedom (not govt coercion).....just to name a few. Perhaps it might be worth looking up the Chinese protocol to get hints.
