The primary purpose of this Alpha test is to focus on the messenger feature, and especially to strengthen security by applying End-to-End Encryption so that no conversation data is stored on the server. 🔒

What is End-to-End Encryption?

It is a method in which messages are encrypted and decrypted only on the sender’s and receiver’s devices (terminals),
so that an intermediary server or any third party cannot view the conversation. 🔐

During our recent brand overhaul and feature upgrades, a smart‑contract privilege was hijacked and tokens were siphoned out of the ecosystem. For transparency, we’re sharing the incident timeline and our response plan.

1️⃣ Incident Overview

-Date: 26 Jul 2025 UTC

-Cause: A attacker seized the upgrade authority of our proxy contract, deployed a malicious implementation, and withdrew tokens.

2️⃣ Immediate Response

-Token Recovery: The foundation repurchased and recovered a significant share of the circulating tokens.

-Exchange Freeze: In close coordination with Exchages, the majority of remaining tokens are now frozen.

-Legal Action: An official police report was filed with the Royal Thai Police on 28 Jul 2025.

3️⃣ Risk of Further Loss

Because most stolen tokens are already recovered or frozen, market disruption and additional sell pressure are considered low. We continue real‑time, on‑chain monitoring to block any suspicious transfers.

4️⃣ Next Steps

-Permanent Freeze & Claw‑Back: Once a court order is secured, we’ll request a permanent freeze and asset return from the exchanges.

-Security Hardening: Introduce multisig and time‑lock controls and engage an external security audit.

Dear UNICE Community,

Thank you for your continued support. We have received many questions recently, so we would like to share a update on UNICE’s current status and direction, within the scope we can disclose at this time.

1.Current Operating Status

UNICE is currently reviewing and reorganizing its business structure and service direction. The foundation has continued to cover the substantial essential costs required to maintain minimum operations and infrastructure. However, because usage of certain features is extremely low, access to some functions may be limited or their delivery may be delayed to improve operational efficiency and stability.

2.Development and Community Participation

Some UNICE related services reached a testing stage. However, community and holder participation was lower than expected, and a smart contract related issue also occurred. As a result, we are reassessing the operating approach going forward.

3.Smart Contract Issue and Personal Data

This matter involved foundation assets in a foundation managed smart contract and did not target users’ personal wallets or user held assets. Based on what the foundation has confirmed to date, there is no indication of direct impact on individual users or holders, including personal wallets, exchange accounts, or deposited assets.
This matter is unrelated to any personal data breach. Information submitted during OTC pre registration is protected with reasonable safeguards, including encryption. Requests for access, correction, or deletion may be submitted via the official email channel info@estaliax.io
and will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and internal procedures.

4.Acquisition and Spin Off Review

UNICE was acquired by the Estaliax Foundation with the goal of community integration and service synergy. However, community and holder participation has been very low, and Estaliax’s service direction has also pivoted, resulting in outcomes that have fallen far short of expectations. Accordingly, we are reviewing multiple options, including a potential spin off into a new entity, and we are continuing discussions with partners. During this process, as mentioned within the community, unverified information has circulated externally, which has at times made certain discussions more difficult.

5. OTC Pre-registration

The pre-registration is currently undergoing additional internal review as part of the broader restructuring, taking into account relevant compliance requirements and legal procedures. Once the internal review and any necessary procedures are completed, the Foundation will notify pre registered applicants by email on a rolling basis regarding whether the programme will proceed and the status as of that time. Please note that this process may require additional time.

6.Community Communication

The foundation respects the rights and concerns of holders. However, the spread of unverified or inaccurate information may affect project operations and discussions with external partners, so we ask for fact based communication to the extent possible. If clearly false information creates a material risk of significant harm to the project or holders, the foundation may verify the relevant facts and consider appropriate responses in accordance with applicable standards and internal procedures.

7.Closing

All important notices will be shared only through official channels, including the official Telegram community and announcement channels. We continue to evaluate sustainable options, with a primary focus on a potential spin off. Depending on progress and external circumstances, a business decision may be required regarding continuation and the operating model.

MEXC has posted an announcement that UNICE will be delisted.

If you are holding UNICE on MEXC, please make sure to withdraw your assets before the withdrawal service ends.

- Delisting: Scheduled for 2026-02-09 (per MEXC announcement)

- Withdrawal service ends: 2026-03-11 22:59(UTC+7)

After the withdrawal service is terminated, MEXC will no longer perform asset maintenance for UNICE.
