This is to inform you that, the timeline for the Payment of ODL/PT School Fee, General Payment & Acceptance Fee for 2023/2024 Session has been extended for just one week. All these payments now shall come to a close next week Tuesday 23rd of April, 2024.

It is to be noted that, the extension granted on the payment of ODL & PT School Fee, General Payment and Acceptance Fee shall FINALLY come to an end next Week Tuesday 23rd of April, 2024.

You are advised to generate RRR for any payment you currently do not have financial capacity to pay and keep your RRR number for you to be able to make the payment after the closure.

COMPILATION OF GENERAL PAYMENT RECORDS FOR CENTRAL CONVERSION

This is to inform all concerned Students that paid School Fees using Portal General Payment and has not been able to Register Courses as a result of non-conversion of payments to School Charges to:

1: Come to the Centre between Monday 29th April to 2nd May.

2: Bring along the Receipt of the Payment as printed from the Portal.

3: Proceed to sign the Receipt with the Deputy Bursar and clearly indicating the Session the General Payment is actually meant for.

4: Proceed to the Webmasters' Office with the signed Receipt, Lists of Courses to register for the Session in question.. Please note that, General Payment will be considered for just ONE Deficient Session. Again, General Payment shall not be considered for more than ONE SESSION DEFICIT.


PLEASE NOTE:
✓ There shall be NO CONSIDERATION FOR PROXY SUBMISSION OR DOCUMENTATION as the exercise bothers on Payments and Records.

✓ This exercise terminates by Thursday 2nd of May. Anyone that failed this deadline will eventually have to file for a refund.

There will be a virtual session for those that made payments of their past or current School Fees using the General Payment option on the Portal.

The virtual session is to take records of this category of fee payers; Names, RRR, Payment Date, Actual Payment Session, Courses For Registration.

The collated records shall be forwarded for conversion immediately after the virtual session and the course registration shall follow. You are therefore advised not to miss out.

Please note that third-party representation will not be permitted due to the sensitive nature of the issue at hand.
