Sabtu ini (23/11/24) saya akan berada di Sales Office MTD Properties di Taman Tasik Utama, Ayer Keroh, Melaka.
Ada soft launch event MTD Nexus 28 Industrial Park.
Event ni bermula jam 7.00 pagi (bermula dengan aktiviti zumba) sehingga 6.00 petang.
Saya akan berada dari jam 10.00 pagi hingga 4.00 petang di mana saya akan beri talk di antara 12.30 tengah hari hingga 2.00 petang.
Dan 1 jam lagi untuk sessi soal jawab berkenaan property (apa sahaja) bersama pengunjung.
Walaupun soft launch ini untuk projek industrial building, tetapi pemaju juga merancang untuk projek rumah kediaman tebaru (tahun depan). Jadi pengunjung boleh juga tanyakan pasal projek berkenaan.
Saya diberitahu produk rumah kediaman teres 1 tingkat mereka sebelum ini habis terjual dalam masa singkat sahaja (1-2 minggu).
