13th sep is the last date to fill cat application form.

Other than MBA almost all the IIMs have phd option. You don't need top percentile (except for abc) to get into PhD programme. You will get 40-50k p/m stipend for 5 years. Then you can get into assistant prof job or join any company.

It's a good option. Think about it.
