(Yandex xaritasi, navigatorni eslang) Navigator nazariyasi haqiqiy muxlisiman. Burilishni o’tkazib yuborsangiz navigator sizni koyimaydi, yo’lni qaytadan quradi (marshrut perestoriyin). Sanoqsiz noto’g’ri yo’lga burilaversangizda, u to’g’ri ketishni boshqa yo’llarini topadi. Xatolar qilasiz, tabiiy, lekin borar manzilingiz o’zgarmaydi. Borar yo’l o’zgaradi.

Bolani Urishmang (1-qism) podkastidan eslatmalar

O'smirlarning o'zgarib qoladigan xulqi yangilik emas. Aslida o'smir yoshida bola o'sha paytgacha berilgan tarbiyani ko'rsatadi.

Unga qanday zug'm qilgan bo'lsangiz, endi u o'zida quvvat his qilishi bilan o'zingizga qaytarib ko'rsatadi.

O'smirlik paytigacha dunyoni qanday tanitgansiz? Bola dunyoni siz orqali taniydi.

Bola to'rt-besh yoshdan dunyoni tanishni boshlaydi. 12 yoshgacha 70% shakllanib bo'ladi.

Ko'pchilik ulamolar 10-20 yosh orasida asosiy ilmlarini o'rganib bo'lishgan. Bugun-chi? Bugun 20 yoshni ham yosh bola deb bilamiz.

Kaltak bilan tarbiyalash qonuniyatga zid. Inson otmas. Hatto ot ham kaltak yeyavergandan keyin gapga kirmay qo'yadi.

Tarbiyani ota-ona o'zidan boshlashi kerak. O'zining nafsiga kuchi yetmagan kishi qanday qilib bolaning nafsiga kuchi yetadi?

Bola o'zingizga ko'zgu. Siz vaziyatlarga qanday munosabatda bo'lasiz? Bola shuni norma deb biladi. Unda kamchilik ko'rsangiz, o'zingizga boqing.

Bolaga sizdan boshqa namunalar bor. Uning ma'naviy olamiga sizdan tashqari kimlar ta'sir o'tkazyapti?

Jismini asrashga to'xtovsiz harakat qilamiz. Qayerdaligidan har doim xabardor bo'lishimiz kerak. Lekin ruhi-chi? Ruhi tanadan oliyroq. Ruhi nima bilan oziqlanyapti?

Xuddi nima yeyish mumkin-mumkinmasligini tanitganimiz kabi bolaga ma'naviy ozuqasini ham tanitishimiz kerak. Yema degan gapimiz o'tmaydi. Negaligini izohlab beramiz.

Nafsini foydaliroq va afzalroqlari bilan to'ydirib, keyin yemasligini aytamiz. Xuddi toza narsalar yeb yurgan bola kir narsani yeyishga ko'ngli tortmagandek, qalbi sof ozuqa bilan to'yingan bola buzuqliklarga yurmaydi.

Aqlga ozuqa bilan qalbga ozuqa har doim ham bir xil bo'lmaydi. Qalb ezgulik––o'zining manbasidan ozuqa oladi. U to'g'ri bo'lsa, aql to'g'rilanib ketaveradi.

Bolani jiddiy olish kerak. Ustoz Hasanxon Yahyo Abdulmajidning dadalari ularni hatto sizlagan ekanlar. Qattiqroq chora ko'rish kerak bo'lsa, onalarini ishga solgan ekanlar =)

Man qilish ishlamaydi. Nazoratingizda bo'lmaganda baribir qiladi.

To'xtovsiz taqiq ijodkorlikdan to'sadi.

Bizda ta'qiq juda kuchli. Xato qilishiga qo'ymaymiz. Jerkib urishib beramiz. Lekin inson his-tuyg'uga ega. Unda qalb bor.

Bir kishini to'g'rilayotganda uning qalbiga murojaat qiling. Aqliga emas. Zarba bersangiz, u inson: o'zingizga zarba qaytaradi.

Taqiqning o'rniga ma'qullash va qiziqtirish kerak.

Fikrlashiga, aka-opalari bilan kurashishiga yo'l qo'yib bering. Bir nima qilishini xohlamaganingizda ham, tushuntiring. Yoshiga qarab samimiy munosabatda bo'ling.

Izolyatsiya bilan boshqarib yoki tarbiyalab bo'lmaydi.

Bolalaringiz sizning boyliklaringiz. Ular bilan orangizga devor qurmang. Lekin pardani saqlang.

Inson sifatida teng ko'ring. Achchiq-tirsiq bilan jerkiganingizda taxtingizdan tushasiz.

Farzandingizga minnat qilmang. O'zi ota-ona sifatida nima yaxshiliklar qilganingizni anglaydi. Anglamasa, aytgandan foyda ham yo'q.

O'zingizni qancha baland olsangiz, pasayib ketaverasiz.

Aksincha, o'zingizni past olib, nuqsonlaringizni anglab, ularni ustida ishlar ekansiz, yuksalaverasiz. Bola bilan ham shunday.

Ota-onaning boladan kechirim so'ramagani ma'qul. Ayrim ma'lumotlar aytilmasdan qolgani ma'qul.

Chunki kechirim tobelik deb fahmlansa, munosabatni buzadi. Uning o'rniga xatoyingizni tan olsangiz, yaxshiroq.

Xatoni tan olish va kechirim so'rash boshqa-boshqa narsalar.

Ota-onaning kamchiligi gapirilmaydi. Ular sizga borini bergan. O'zini o'zi qo'lidan kelgancha tarbiya qilgan.

Borlariga shukr qilib, himmatni o'zingiz qilasiz. Ular 30dan 70 qilgan bo'lsalar, shuni 100 qilish o'z zimmangizda.

The year is 2011.

You wake up on a fairly calm day. You have your school, but you also have to study IELTS, so you take a bus and go to your offline class, where you see 25 other people in the same group.

Everybody has only printed materials. You do not see a single laptop. Only half of the people have phones, and half of them do not even dream of having one because phones are a luxury to many. There is only one teacher. There are no assistant teachers, or maybe even if there are, you do not really see them.

You communicate with your course mates. You have three or four friends you really like in the same group. Your teacher gives you a task, leaves, and comes back again. You practise everything you are given. You do tests from the book that everybody else is using. The number of books is so limited that you have to do the same test again and again if the teacher said so.

There are no Telegram channels. In fact, there is no Telegram. You have only one option: to use what you have. And what you have is not that much.

There is no ChatGPT. In fact, there is no AI. You just use your brain, and maybe you Google a little if you have access to the internet, because not everybody has access to fast internet.

What you don’t know—you discuss it with people around you.

This is learning. Despite all the limits, you still get your IELTS. You still continue your life. You are still trying to learn many things, mainly on your own, with a very limited number of materials and information available to you.

And that was an absolutely normal reality 15-20 years ago.

People still got what they wanted. People found things. People struggled. People cried. People failed, but they still eventually got what they wanted if they were consistent and hardworking enough.

Now, you have everything. You have Telegram channels. You have different AI platforms. You have a teacher and assistant teachers. You have academic support. You have online courses. You have offline courses.

And people still find a way to complain about not getting the right teacher, not getting the right person, and not getting the right time.

The conclusion is that the more is not always the better, especially in education.

I wish younger students had an opportunity to look at this situation through the eyes of older people, people who did not have all these opportunities and all these facilities, but still learned everything that was given to them.

If you are complaining about IELTS in 2026, just know that an average broke guy without a phone in 2011 outperformed you in every possible aspect you can imagine. He didn't have much, and he still won. Maybe that gives you a perspective you need to study better.

Some of my “unhinged” health tips

Delete instagram - it’s giving you anxiety, literally.

Stop drinking alcohol - it’s a depressant & known carcinogen.

Toss/donate/recycle any of your belongings you haven’t used in the last 1 year - clutter activates the nervous system.

Consume less information (video/reading/social/podcasts) - information overload can create inflammation in the body.

Let your nervous system decide who can stay in your life - surround yourself with people who make you feel safe.

Stop doom scrolling & binge watching - you’re burning out your dopamine receptors.

Stop bottling up your emotions - try journaling, ecstatic dance, or screaming to release build up.

Prioritize having sober fun - fun is the most healing thing we can ever do.

Direct sunlight is good for you - and has been for thousands and thousands of years.

Packaged green drink powders are 100% a scam - making a green smoothie with fresh fruit & leafy greens takes the same amount of time for 1000x the nutrients.

The best “health” protocols are free - walking, sunlight, breathing, socializing, and sleeping are all essential to your health and can’t be bought or packaged.

On that note… take 10 deep breaths / 3x a day - 80% of adults subconsciously hold their breath while looking at screens (a phenomena called email apnea). This activates your stress response. BREATH.

Your intuition is a better guide than any guru out there

Slow down & complete all your tasks at half speed - rushing activates fight or flight.

Hug people you love - a 20 second hug can literally reset the nervous system, lower blood pressure, ease depression, and reduce fatigue.

Meet your neighbors (and say hi to people on the street) - spontaneous interactions with neighbors increase feelings of safety and improve heart health.

Yaqinda oʻzim tengi tanishimni to‘yi ekan. Siz o‘ylagandek uylanyapman deb 7- osmonda uchib yurmayotgani aniq. Chunki bu 2- oilasi bo‘ladi. 1- oilasidan ajrashganiga qiziqib ham o‘tirmadim, aniq edi. Bizni til bilan aytganda tuturig‘i (tayini) yo‘q bola shunga bir oilani eplab yashay olmagan boʻlishi mumkin.
Oila qurish degani shunchaki bir qizni olib to‘ydan keyin chet elma chet el yurishing, yoki uyga kelganingda sevgi izhor qilishing, ilmsizlikdan birga bema’ni (romantik) kino serial koʻrib o’tirishing, bir paytlar onangga yordam bermagan oshxonada to‘ydan keyin kelinga dastyor bo‘lib qolishing emas.
Sen bir qizni javobgariligini emas butun bir millatni javobgariligini bo‘yningga olasan. 1-2 yil yashab yashamay ajrashib ketaversang millating ham zurriyotlaringni ham hayoti tamom bo‘ldi degani. Agar qiz ilmsiz bola yetishtirsa u ham o‘zinga o‘xshagan bo‘ladi. Qiz bechora ham katta ehtimol bilan senga oʻxshab ilmsiz boʻladi, chunki shu holatingda senga erga tegishga rozi boʻlgan.
Sendan u farzandli bo‘lgan bo‘lsa-yu, sen shu holatda ajrashsang bola травма bilan katta bo‘ladi. Keyin sendan battar o‘g‘il, do‘st va ota bo‘ladi. Qarabsanki shu bilan jamiyatni o‘ldirasan.
Agar uylanishiga ma’nan va modiyatan tayyor bo‘lmasang uylanma. Ayollingdan ilmliroq bo‘lmasang uylanma. Farzandga tarbiya berolmasang, Allohni tanita olmasang, to‘g‘ri aqidada o‘stira olmasang uylanma.
Uylanishdan oldin o‘qi o‘rgan, bir ishni boshini ushla. Unutma bitta sen ham butun boshli bir ummatni buzilib ketishiga sababchi bo‘la olasan.
Alloh bo‘ydoqlarni soliha qizlar bilan rizqlantirsin va ularga mos solihlardan qilsin.

More Effort Isn’t Always the Answer

We grow up believing that success is simple: work harder, try more, push further. And while effort is essential, psychology suggests that more effort isn’t always the key to better outcomes.

In fact, there are moments when trying too hard creates stress, overthinking, and frustration. Think about the last time you desperately wanted to fall asleep. The more you focused on sleeping, the more awake you felt. The same thing happens with confidence, happiness, creativity, and even relationships.

This is called the paradox of effort—a situation where excessive striving gets in the way of the very thing we want.

Instead of forcing results, successful people often focus on the process. A writer concentrates on writing one page a day rather than producing a bestseller. A language learner enjoys daily practice instead of obsessing over fluency. An athlete commits to consistent training instead of thinking only about the medal.

Ironically, many of life’s best outcomes arrive as side effects of good habits rather than direct pursuits. When we shift our attention from controlling the result to improving our actions, progress becomes more natural and sustainable.

Work with intention, not just intensity.
