Nega sher sichqon ovlamaydi

Sher asosan katta hayvonlar ovlaydi. Sichqon ovlamaydi.

Aytishlaricha kiyik ovlash uchun ham sichqon ovlash uchun ham bir xil energiya sarf etar ekan.

Sher uchun kiyik ovlash qilgan harakatiga nisbatan yaxshi rag'bat (ko'proq ovqat) bo'ladi. Shuncha harakat qilgani bilan sichqonga to'ymaydi.

Biz huddi sichqon ovlashga harakat qilayotgan sherlardek harakat qilamiz ba'zan.

Energiyamizni bizga foydasi bo'lmagan ishlarga juda ko'p sarflaymiz.

Har qanday natija energiya talab etadi.
Uni to'g'ri boshqarishni o'rganishimiz muhim.

Energiyani so'rib oladigan oladigan amallar
- ijtimoiy tarmoqlar
- shovqinli joylar
- behuda tortishuvlar
- asabiylashish
- doimiy havotirlanish
- monoton ishlar va hok

Energiyani saqlashga yordam beradigan amallar
- Yaxshi uyqu. Buni eng katta dushmani telefon.
- Yurish yoki yugurish
- Odamlarni boricha qabul qilish
- Chalg’ituvchilardan xalos bo’lish

Ko'pchiligimiz har kuni sichqon ortidan quvib yuraveramiz.
Umr esa o'tib ketaveradi...

Men in Uzbekistan live far less than the global average and even women in Uzbekistan. READ!

Life Expectancy in Uzbekistan is 75 (according to Uzb) but 72 according to World Health Organization.

Few things:
1. Women live on average to 76 while men live on average to 69.

2. In Uzbekistan 1 in 4 adults will die before turning 70, while in advanced.
economies 1 in 10 die before 70.

3. In advanced economies, people often decline slowly in their 80s. In Uzbekistan, men tend to hit a "health cliff" in their late 60s.

4. While most of the world reduced cardiovascular deaths over the last 30 years, Uzbekistan saw its death rate increase by an average of 1.8% each year since 1990. WTF?

5. Only 63 years of healthy life - Healthy life expectancy at birth is 62.7 years for men and 64 for women. This means the average Uzbek spends their final 9+ years in poor health.

YES, we live up until 72 on average, but after 63 we are as good as dead, because quality of life is not livable.

6. Diabetes deaths from kidney failure DOUBLED in 7 years - The number of deaths from chronic renal failure with type 2 diabetes in Uzbekistan was 703 cases in 2016, reaching 1,330 people in 2023, an increase of 2 times.

7. Half the adult population is overweight or obese - Approximately half the adult population is overweight or obese Uzbekistan, and obesity rates have nearly tripled for both men and women in Uzbekistan since 1990.

kecha - bugun - ertaga

bugun qanday kun?

bugun biz kecha ertaga deb havotirga tushgan kun

bugun esa ertani o’ylab havotirdamiz

ammo bugunni yashab o’tmoqdamiz

bir muddat to’xtab o’ylash kerak bo’lgan holat

ertani juda ko’p o’ylaymiz,

bugunni unutamiz

bilmaymizki,

ertagacha nafasimiz bormi hali…

The person you’ll be in five years is being created by what you consume today.

The books you read, the people you spend time with, the content you watch, the thoughts you feed your mind.

Everything is shaping you right now. Choose inputs that build the future you want.

Well, it's become a tradition for me to send this every year, so let's make the most of this month and build an iron discipline.

By the way, if you rewire you brain for 30-days and restore your attention span in this month, the IELTS pre-afterwards will feel like it's on easy mode.

So, time to grind - Happy ramadan 😊

Kongfu Panda multfilmdagi eng salbiy obraz qaysi bilasizmi?

Tai Lung deysizmi? Adashasiz. Tai Lung tug‘ilib yomon bo‘lmagan. U yetim bola edi. Uni ustozi Shifu topdi, tarbiya qildi, o‘stirdi.

Demak, bizning ko'zimizdagi salbiy obraz Tai Lungni shakllantirgan, tarbiya qilgan Shifu bo'ladi.

Shifu uni maqtadi. Sen zo'rsan, sen ajdarho jangchisi bo'lasan dedi. Lekin rad etilishga tayyorlamadi.

Jismoniy kuchni berdi. Ruhiy kuchni bermadi. Bu pedagoglikning xatosi edi

Shifu Tai Lungni shogird emas, o‘z orzusining davomchisi sifatida ko‘rdi. Tai Lung yaxshi, ustoz undan faxrlanmoqchi edi. Ammo u rad etildi, ustoz undan yuz o'girdi. Endi Tai Lung yomon bo'ldi. Bu juda jiddiy psixologik zarba edi.

Rad etilgan iste’dod tajovuzga aylandi.

Muammo Tai Lungda emas edi. Po bilan ishlaganda Shifu buni tushundi. Shogirdni kim bo‘lsa, shunday qabul qilish kerak ekan.

Biz ham ustoz sifatida necha-necha Tai Lunglarni tarbiyalab qo'yayotganligimizni bilamizmi?

Bizning zamonamizda Tai Lunglar poraxo'r, kazzob, birovni haqqini yeydigan, xalqni pulini talon-taroj qiladigan, millatni bulg'aydigan insonlar ko'rinishda bo'ladi.

Ishoning ustozda shunday kuch borki, u butun tizimni tozalab tashlashi mumkin. Butun jamiyatni tozalab tashlashi mumkin. Agarki bu ustozning ustozi shifu bo'lmasa.

You need 3 daily wins:

A physical win

Train your body. Lift. Run. Move with purpose.

A cognitive win

Read. Write. Study. Strengthen your thinking.

A directional win

Build something. Improve something. Move your life forward.

That’s your Life Vector alignment for the day.

Funny thing.
I heard this from a colleague at work when we were about to finish our project.
He said:
"We only learn the best way to do a project when we’re finishing it."

Small habits compound

Reading: one of the most powerful habits. Reading with a purpose is important. Reading is not past thing. Feed mind with nutrients. Choose books which challenge you. Make reading daily purposeful habit.
Journal and dairy. Writing down small achievements and goals. Helps you track your progress. There’s nothing else motivating but looking at things you achieved. Let your thought flow. Focus and personal growth
Set goals. Goals give you directions. Setting goals is not only once a year task. If you wake up write down what you want to accomplish.
Feed your body. Exercise is the most important habit you must develop. There’s direct connection between mind and body. The key is consistency. When you push through discomfort you develop resilience. More mental clarity.
Gratitude. Focus on what is good, you will notice more good things. You attract more good around you. It’s like magnet 🧲. Take a moment to appreciate them. Your life will be richer
Rest. Without rest we burn out. Sleep is incredibly important. Your mind needs space, to connect dots. This culture glorify hustles. Rest is giving your mind and body to recover. When you rest you come back stronger. It’s not mystery rest is , rest is necessity
Giving. The more you give, the more you receive. It’s not materialistic things but love, attention. Give without expecting anything return. People who give really give are the one who have the most. Don’t forget to give yourself.
Start listening. Listening is power tool. Truly listening is a skill. When you listen you show respect. It builds trust and strength relationships. Listening is understanding
