Russian Self-Propelled Howitzer Battery (152mm) looks to be heading south to Zlynka in the Bryansk Region, probably inching closer to the Ukrainian border around 40 miles away. Quite a few reports of artillery heading in that direction.

A video released by Russian state news TV Vezda allegedly shows DPR forces carrying out an anti-tank guided missile attack on Ukrainian positions in Donbass.

Iskander-M short-range ballistic missile systems are reportedly being transported to Lipetsk. Russian Military Expert, Rob Lee says "considering the movement of Iskander systems recently, it is possible Russia has 5 or more brigades near Ukraine".

In Taganrog, the refugees were temporarily settled in the school of the Olympic reserve - 400 beds in the gym.

Dozens of people were brought to the institution on Lenin Street - more will come at night. There they rest and gain strength. In the morning everyone was fed sandwiches with tea and porridge. Today they will be taken to another place. Where is still unknown.
