A so-called "Stalin Center" was opened by the "Communists of Russia" party in Barnaul, Russia. The center was unveiled on the eve of the 145th anniversary of the dictator's birthday.
The party announced their intentions to open centers in every major city and regional center throughout Russia.
Part of Stalin lives in each of us, especially in those who fight for justice and a better life," said Sergei Matasov, a deputy of the regional assembly.
Meanwhile, rehabilitation of 'Nazism', criticizing the Soviet Union, and denying the 'Holocaust' remain punishable by up to 3-5 years in prison.
